I'm impressed at how hard this store is working to improve its perception. I see the change and the effort. There was a time I would not shop here because of the really nasty attitudes of some employees towards customers. I've had no problems since the renovations and I'm very happy to shop now instead of driving 8 miles just for a pleasant experience.

Jewel 87th was nice. Peggie is a rockstar. The store was clean, shelves were fully stocked and the staff was filling the shelves with more items. Produce department was beautiful with lots of fresh vegetables.
I love, love the black History month decoration, also the Valentine’s Day flowers and balloons.

I wouldn’t suggest getting a pickup order here if it was the last Jewel standing. They have the complete WORST attitude and they are extremely untimely. It’s terrible. They lack accountability after wasting your time. I waited twice on an order I paid for with flash. The order was to be completed by 4:25pm and I posted a picture to showcase my complaint. They hang up on you when you try to call. I’ll never shop here again. If I could give zero stars, I would. You all need to be mindful and respect others time. Communication and consistency is important.

That old hag in the meat department was so rude to another worker. I don’t get how jewel allows their employees to disrespect one another. Poor guy just wanted items for an order. She should be nice and do her job that she applied for, if not, quit and retire finally.

YOUR MANAGER ANDREA IS RACIST RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL I SPENT TWO HOURS IN THE STORE AND THEY WERE 10 mins FROM CLOSING AND SHE ACCUSED ME OF STEALING EMBARRASSED ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE THEN ANOTHER EMPLOYEE SAID MAKE SURE YOU SCAN EVERYTHING YOU KNOW “how our people is “ I didn’t know what that meant and also have to take off four items and she would not help the cashier my feelings are hurt on top of that I had got in a uber and she took so long with not helping the cashier they left me so I decided due to the way I was treated and my uber cancelled on me to not complete my purchase but to be a manager it’s a way you are suppose to treat customers and she was very disrespectful

The girl at the register got upset because she tried to charge the guy in front of me for bags and he was swiping a link card… I informed her she works here & should know that you don’t charge an individual for bags when using food stamp card young incompetent children working here with nasty attitudes

Jewel is the grocery store! When you get through shopping you can buy lunch or dinner. Their chicken is to LIVE for, and those different salads, YES!
They have honey, hot, grill and jerk, ok....!

When you get through shopping, stop by the chicken/salad line, then go home and eat your dinner if it makes it home lol!
