I’ve been a SF client since the 70s. When my agent of many years retired, Jessica Strauch and her team came along and have been marvelous. I receive great service, treatment, and efficiency from all the ladies, but especially LeAnn, Caryn, and Jessica. They always take care of me and take time to address my frequent questions about my numerous coverages. Since the rating only allows for five stars, here are my (they deserve it) ten.

Our insurance with our old carrier seemed extremely high so we called Jon Shapiro with Jessica Strsuch's State Farm office. Jon was incredibly helpful. He reviewed our existing policies and researched our needs with State Farm. He not only found us ways to save money, he found us BETTER coverage! He has a great understanding of the insurance industry. He helped us with all of our insurance needs .... auto, home, personal items plus an umbrella policy. He explains all the details line by line, in person of you'd like, and he even helped us get the State Farm app on our phones! My husband and I are extremely grateful and are now 'hooked' on the State Farm 'safe and save' program. Give Jon Shap a call ... you won't be disappointed!

Jessica and her team are amazing. I was so happy to be able to continue using her as our family’s agent even though we now live in Missouri.
