Opinions and Reviews:

Jennie Pho has received 814 reviews on Google My Business, with an impressive average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars. Customers appreciate the restaurant's delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine, friendly staff, and comfortable atmosphere. However, some guests have mentioned that the pho broth could be stronger and the garnishes more generous. Despite these minor critiques, the majority of reviews are positive, and many patrons enjoy the fire cracker shrimp and other menu items.

One customer mentioned a 45-minute wait time, which may be a factor to consider when planning a visit. It's worth noting that other nearby pho restaurants, such as Pho Duy, are highly-rated and could be alternative options for those seeking a different experience.

45-minute trip because Raina [foodie]. Pho broth was alright. The noodles were stuck together. Meat cuts were okay. Extremely light on the garnishes of cilantro and onions. The fire cracker shrimp is the best dish. I don't see the logic or reason to add cube cuts of wagyu or a whole lobster to pho. Lobster was overcooked and tough. Too bad the bone marrow was not accessible. It's more of just a giant bone to gnaw on. Pho Duy [Across the street], Denver location on Federal, and Aurora location near 6th Ave are always going to be my go-to.

The pho is really good. I’ve of the best in town and even better vegetarian pho. The service is immaculate. Makes you feel like home and they are so attentive. Will definitely be back.

(Edit) we keep coming back and the food keeps getting better. So delicious and happy they have more vegan options. Incredible service and immaculate food!

I'm unsure how this is highly rated. The pho lacks flavor in comparison with the best that's available in the Denver Metro area.

Its mostly watery. The flavor is too light. The service is okay, but doesn't check on us much.

Lastly, the price is way way too high.

Excellent local restaurant. Family owned and operated we were greated and sat right away.

The meal itself was clean, and came out very fast. Flavors were nice and easy. Lots of Vegan and Gluten free options which is a great touch. Excited to come back!

Hi- Im writing specifically because some of the more negative reviews that are front and center here almost made me not try it. That would have been a MASSIVE mistake, as I never would have found my new go-to local pho cafe. The first sip of broth sent me to the moon just like it was supposed to do. Does anyone else find that to be a spiritual experience? The cafe is clean and has very cute ambiance. The boy working the register was also my server and he was very kind and attentive. I am excited to come back.

PS- super delicious boba tea as well

Service is excellent!!! And I really like the intimate atmosphere here. I also love the many vegan options. I’m not vegan but I have special dietary restrictions that sometimes require it such as the boba drinks. Hubby ordered small combo pho spicy which costs extra. Total price over $15 for a small pho and it doesn’t even come with tendon which greatly disappointed him. Also the sprouts seemed old and he said there was barely any meat. However, the broth was rich and beefy. I ordered a Jennie sandwich with chicken. As pictured it was beautiful. The bread was soft and the chicken well flavored. It was not overly stuffed, in fact the first and last 2 bites were nothing but bread. The chicken was chicken thigh, moist and flavorful but the sauce was not my cup of tea. I love that the cilantro and jalapeño came on the side so I could share with hubby who hates cilantro.
The vegan green tea boba was good. Average. I was really looking forward to trying this place but I’m a bit disappointed. Sadly I don’t think we’ll be back. This place has potential, but they need to keep up with the surrounding for restaurants by upping the quantity to go with the price of the food. There are many pho restaurants, several of them are very good and their prices are much lower while the quantity and quality are higher.
