What an absolute awesome experience. After reading reviews on Google and Dustin in Sales name was mentioned several times. I reached out to Dustin, I’m sure glad I did! Shout to Dustin! Dustin was absolutely awesome from the time I sent the first email until we arrived at the dealer, until we drove away in our new 2025 GMC Sierra. The only thing I regret is I forgot to ring the Buyers Bell. Oh, well next time. Great experience and can’t say enough good things about this dealer. Good small town feeling too, that’s hard to find nowadays. GMC on!

We were pulling our camper down to AL from WI for a business trip when, 2 hours into the trip, a transmission warning popped up on our Yukon. Afraid to drive any further, we turned back to finish off the night in the parking lot of Jeff Perry Auto Group. We left a message on the machine to let them know what was going on and to see if they could squeeze us in first thing in the morning. We have never been treated so well! Dave called us back before they even officially opened for the day, he came right out to our vehicle, welcomed us, and let us know what to expect. Sales: I give 5 stars to. Kim and the rest of the sales team were amazing! I highly recommend them for your purchasing needs.

However, I give 2 stars to their service department. The people that do the actual work on the vehicles are pretty good and thorough. But the advisors (besides Brandon) who work behind the desk are rude and fail to mention important things regarding your vehicle. They are annoyed with you when you bring your vehicle in for the SAME complaint multiple times, that doesn't get resolved and tell you that they don't feel or hear anything. When it's clear as day that the steering wheel shakes. Not to mention that on the report you get after your oil change when things are flagged, nobody told me or explained to me why they were being flagged or what should get replaced. When I called to inquire about it and that my steering wheel was still shaking while driving I was told by an advisor that, "We have spent so much money on your car." WRONG, I have spent so much money on my vehicle.

I would say, buy your vehicle from here, but don't service it here.
