My third and last time to this place. If you are flatbed and see a load for Peru, IL, just book something else.

Checking in is unbelievable. You’re supposed to call and they won’t answer the damn phone. The people working here have always been rude and slow. They literally just ride the clock. And they will overload so be ready to scale.

Awesome people here. My pick up with Western Express was for the next day 7Am on a Saturday I arrived on Friday at 5:40pm and they loaded me up with no problem.

I wish i could gave them negative stars. Be ready to spend whole day for PU. Checked in at 3pm its 23.00 now but still 13-15 trucks ahead of me, so might be another 4-5 hours. Really bad at shipping & receiving. Only come to this place if you work on hourly basis.
If you are O/O do confirm with your broker that he will pay for extra waiting.

You can even sleep because you have to keep rolling with the line up.
I wish management should show some respect to truckers. If they can’t speed up at least they should give a call when its our turn, so that meanwhile driver can have rest.

Will never pick up a load from this location

This place is painfully slow… been here over 3 1/2 hours currently and still not loaded. Nice people though just such a time killer. Go int sleeper birth immediately

I checked in at 4:30 Friday afternoon. It's Saturday morning, 10:46AM, I'm still here.. Waiting... Its ridiculous. I was told 10hours, which was outrageous enough, but it's been almost twice that, and I'm not loaded yet.

The photos are from just as I checked in, at around 6AM, and just now. You can see how slowly it goes.

I was here last night. I can tell you that from my experience, I believe most of the reviews are outdated. Don't get me wrong. You're still gonna be here a while.

I hauled a conestaga. I was there for 3 hours. Which might not be the best, But it is not the worst. Shout out to the second shift dispatcher. He's cool, dude.

This is the slowest hardie plant in the country. I’m not sure why that is. It’s my second time here and the fork lift drivers move with no sense of urgency. Most hardie plants, once you’re pulled take less than 20 minutes. Even when you get pulled in it takes them an hour to load these extremely simple square loads. When you check in it takes them forever to answer the phone. They don’t go in order. Drivers just be aware, the reviews are true. Been here since 7am it’s 9am. Guy on the phone told me it would be fifteen minutes. I mean just absolutely slow as hell. Maybe y’all should give people a chance who can move with a sense of urgency and not looking to do the least amount of work possible before there shift ends. It’s also very few trucks here and it’s still taking hours to get loaded.
