Got a double gravy and all I can say is lazy. Photo says it all. Never coming back for breakfast again. And no I won't go to tell it to Jack's website because nothing was done when I put in my complaint last time with another location.

Burgers and milkshakes have been good.
Fried chicken was too breaded and fried really hard. I won’t eat that there again.
People are very nice and accommodating.

I enjoyed the food, but the service left much to be desired. The staff was quite rude. When I asked for a receipt, I was informed they were out, which made it difficult for me to complete my expense report. However, moments later, the employee miraculously produced some receipt paper after consistently asking for a solution. This experience, which occurred on February 25th during the early morning drive-thru, has made me decide not to return to this location.

My Wife picked up ( 2) 2 piece dinners with mash potatoes and green beans. Once she arrived home and I opened the container, I said to myself there's no way this food should have been served to anyone. The chicken appeared as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp for 12hrs ( very old) the mash potatoes were dry even with the gravy on them and the beans were not fresh. The only thing that appeared fresh was the biscuit. I called and ask to speak to the manager. She stated she was the manager and I
ask her for her name. However, she wouldn't give me her name. I ask for the general manager contact information and she stated she did not have it and hung up on. This was January 20,2025 at 730pm at the Argo location. Total Disappointment.

Very disgusted! The restaurant was nasty dirty, I told my husband we will never stop here again. Tables were dirty, trash and food all over the floor. The women’s restroom was nasty, one stall toilet had poop and toilet paper all over it, the floor had water standing all over like they dumped water and just left it. There was no wet floor sign. My husband said the men’s restroom was nasty, the urinals looked like they had never been cleaned as they were black, no soap to wash your hands and no paper towels to dry your hands. I just felt dirty eating there and will never stop at this one again.

Kind, courteous, quick, and accommodating staff. I had some delicious golden crispy chicken tenders, perfectly seasoned fries, their homemade honey mustard dipping sauce, and a fantastic cookies and cream shake. Suffice to say I was not disappointed! This location also has a warm comforting atmosphere and has even set up Christmas decorations and donations for the local community. All in all an incredible experience!

I would rate it a 0, but thats not an option, so I rate it a 1, which I typically don't do. We walked in, (a family of 4) the lobby was empty, and they had maybe 3 or 4 cars in drive through, I would sympathize more if they were backed up, but they weren't. We were looked at, and ignored for 5-10 minutes. I don't know the cause, or why, but looked at and ignored. No one said anything, so we left and went to chick-fil-a
