Worst Ever Customer Service!
I called to get information about some produce. The first person answering the phone was very professional and polite, but since she could not answer my questions, she transferred me to a second lady. This second lady was RUDE, UN-Professional and hung up on me, without answering a simple question.
I called back, and the exact scenario happened again. The same two ladies, the second one being rude, unsupportive, and hanging up, again.
I called again, and was able to get some information from the initial first lady.
Anyway, if you are considering doing business with these people, re-think it. Even if you have to go all the way to Los Angeles, these people have NO CLUE as to how to do business. Especially lacking in customer service skills.

Note:
This is my first EVER business complaint. Amazing how these people have jobs.
