I will give 2 stars because while I was using them they were decent however I just moved and requested that my tanks be pumped and removed ... they refused and instead kept me waiting while they convinced the trailer park to keep them. I called to ask about my refund for the propane that was in the tank and was told I had to contact the trailer park for it because the tanks were now theirs. I told them that since I purchased it from them and they gave it away they should be the ones to refund me. Their response was that the pump out and pick up would have cost me more than the refund ... 35% of 240 gallons is 84 gallons @ 2.29/gallon = $192.36.

So I am out almost $200 and they are charging the park who took ownership a full fill as well .... double dipping at its finest.

Honestly first several guys I spoke with had amazing customer service and I thought I was going to be a life long customer, well I'm really not sure anymore. Long story short, Irish came out to do a pressure check and during the pressure check the system stopped working. They were able to get it back working while they were here in which later that night it stopped working again. The last guy I spoke with gave every excuse in the book on why it's the home owners fault it stopped working during their test. "It's just a coincidence bud." Mind you the furnace has been working since we bought the house with 0 issues

I’ve had a great experience worst with Irish. They came out same day to install propane for my shop which I needed before it started to freeze. Customer service was great, pricing is great! Highly recommend

Just switched companies from Irish to valley and they came out took there tank then took a tank that doesn’t belong to them. That I had purchased myself. And now Irish is posting pictures of my house online. How nice cops have been notified your being sued

Absolute WORST propane company you can go through. The guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about and changes his answer 10 times on 1 call, and they literally came and took our tanks and our fuel cuz we said we will be switching and instead of letting us heat our home with what’s left till the new company comes they come take them while we arnt home and don’t even say anything. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!! And they will straight up lie to your face

I absolutely loved my experience with Irish. They entertained my idea of transporting an ice cream cake from Webster NY to Wilmington NC. Needless to say the cake made it and our experience with dry ice was awesome! I highly recommend this company!

Mike over here decided to come and take my propane from my home claiming we said it was empty when we did not. Now I want them back orrrrr you guys can get sued. I have 2 kids who are going to freeze because of you Mike. Also kept hanging up on me. Denying me service is a big no no buddy, I want it back Monday.
