Terrible company that was went downhill ridiculously fast. Used them as our beverage distributor for past 17 years. They sneakily subbed out our regular product for their trash straight up brand. Management is beyond sketchy and customer service went from a 10 to a zero in past few years. Do not do business with them.

Nice ladies working out front. Rough driving through the roads leading to this building. Checked in at the front of the building. Backed up to the door labeled receiving, got loaded in about 40 minutes. Same amount of time for unloading. Ample space to back up and cover the dock door correctly.

Friendliest people I've ever met. We were headed back to Michigan after our fishing trip. The ladies saved me money on my order by selling me a half block + cutting fee vs the cost of two quarter blocks. Reasonably priced, we'll keep stopping!

Fantastic service! When a problem arose with the canisters I already had, the staff was incredibly kind and patient in helping me find a solution that suited my needs on a short notice. Will definitely be returning in the future!

I needed dry ice for my son's birthday party and the girls at Irish Carbonics were so helpful. They asked questions about what I was using it for and when, to make sure I was getting the right amount and that it would last me long enough. They gave me fantastic tips about storing it until I needed it, and with their help I had more than enough by the time I needed it. His volcano cake was a total success!

Went to refill a 10 lb Liquid Carbon Dioxide tank. Was told it would be a week or so. After several calls two weeks later, was told it was not yet ready. After I told them I would pick it up and have it filled elsewhere, was told I can't, because the tank was in a locked area and the guy with the key was not available! They called half hour later to say that the tank was filled and ready for pickup! The story continues.......
When I got the tank home, I weighed it, and it weighed the same as an empty tank! Sure enough, it had no liquid CO2 in it, only gas.
When I called to ask about it, they said that was the way they filled all of them. Never again!
