Great place got unloaded within 15 minutes full trailer load didn’t even have to wait for a long time slept overnight here so yeah wonderful place

Horrible shipping/receiving service. They leave a paper at the check in window with two numbers to call; the first number goes straight to voicemail (Mr. Miller); the second number (Reggie Hunt) is the phone in the office which is not staffed by anyone. When someone finally came in to the office and talked to me (Reggie Hunt) he said I had to call the first number and leave a message and that he was to busy to assist me. I had 2 pallets to unload! I will not be coming back to this facility.

The person who picks up the call don’t want to listen anything more than a reference number . No instructions for the driver . Worst place . The person who is picking up the call don’t know how to do his job so plz hire someone else for that.

My appt was at noon,I arrived there at 11:29 am by 12:20 pm they were done loading a full load on my trailer . I'll definitely coming back.

Take I-55 to ex.199 (Reavis Barracks) turn west. Make left on Heege Rd(traffic light there) follow 3/4 mile to Chivvis(small street before bottom of hill) slowly turn left and docks 1st bldg on the left. Small facility. Slow load at times and busy midday to evening; all the way to street. Sweep out a must!

Totally unorganized, they look appointment time only. Call them about 10 times day before and nobody answer, I don’t think will deliver here again. And to say all those reviews with good ratings are joke.
