I remember when Intuition was 30 30 Coffee. I was so disappointed when 30 30 had closed a couple years ago but am thrilled with this establishment. I first came here last year. The atmosphere is awesome and homey with a nostalgic vibe. The service is great and coffee is perfect. Also, the overnight oats are a must try in the grab and go area. I will continue to come here to support local!! 🫶🏻

I got the Christmas Rage Latte off of their holiday menu and really enjoyed it. The latte was rich and creamy with an afternote of sage and rosemary that was unique. I didn’t personally try the food, but it looked delicious!

Food: Yes yes yes. Had a cappuccino and an espresso. Cap was fantastic. Worthy of the 5 stars in food category. Espresso was good. Not quite as smooth as I prefer in a shot, but that’s a personal preference I think. They roast their own beans, and know how to treat them. The only reason I didn’t get pictures of my coffee is because I forgot because of the conversations I got into!

Service: Friendly, and professional. I was walking to sit down with my espresso while they made my cappuccino and the guy (Trey) who was doing pour overs stopped me because he thought he knew me from somewhere (He did not, that we could think of), but then we got talking about coffee and the shop and he asked how I do my coffee at home etc. Fantastic short friendly conversation with a stranger. We need more of those in the world. He gave me merch just because he thought I was cool. Classy guy with coffee skills.

Atmosphere: I didn’t stay long because I had to get back to my work thing, but it was spacious and would have been a great place to hang out and work or talk.

10/10 would recommend.

First time there and I loved it! Unique coffee selections and even more unique juice. Love the varieties of toast. They have so many options that there’s something for everybody. Service was quick & friendly. Besides the great service, food, coffee and juice, it’s in a really cool old building. Great spot to meet friends, do work or just enjoy a cup of coffee by yourself. Definitely try this spot next time you’re in the area.

My wife and I prefer to check out all of the new places Peoria has to offer. We tend to pick favorites, but we didn’t have a coffee spot that had stolen our hearts until Intuition opened their doors. Now we come multiple times a week! Their values match ours when it comes to food and product quality. It’s not just coffee or tea it’s holistic meditative wellness over here. The food is excellent and the coffee is even better. But, the staff and the way this place is ran is really why we return.

Intuition is hands down the best coffee shop in Peoria! From the moment you walk in, the staff are friendly and down to earth + there is an excellent variety of juice, tea, coffee, smoothie, and espresso beverages while also maintaining high quality and expertise! The smoothie bowls and toasts are excellent, can be made gluten free, and there are loads of vegan options too. Atmosphere is perfect for anything - work/study or visiting with friends. If you come here once, you’ll never stop coming here! Personal faves: 12 oz hot coconut latte or a classic 6 oz cappuccino, dragon berry bowl or beet toast ✨

I am very particular about my food and drinks and coffee. Intuition is probably one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to. Their toast is absolutely wonderful and the sourdough is organic and locally sourced. The coffee is exceptional. The flavored lattes are made with homemade syrups and made with the perfect ratio of sweet to coffee taste, The milk is also sourced locally by a farm who takes wonderful care of their cows. The atmosphere is also cozy and inviting. These are just a few highlights out of many of what this shop has to offer. 5 stars all around for this place!
