My appointment was at 9:00 pm but I was checked in at 1:00 pm and they gave me the door at 2:00 pm. They unloaded my trailer in 2 hours. I was very impressed with their working style. Their way of working is very good. Their way of speaking is also very good, that's why I give them five stars. Thank you so much!

Brand new FLYING J at exit 28 just west of IWI. You can check in up to 8 hours early but not guaranteed to get a door. I had a 0900 delivery, I arrived at 0730 checked in and was giving a door within 10min of my arrival, completed my unload at 1030am. When you come to warehouse use 2nd drive way, there is a guard shack but currently unoccupied so sign says to proceed to top of the driveway. There is a temporary trailer clearly marked for checkin. They now have a driver's lounge that had a couple of seats, vending machines and restrooms, as well as two port a John's outside. Overall very nice people working here. I reloaded here as well same day at 1130am, they moved me from door 35 where I unloaded to door 28 and immediately begin loading me. No complaints with their process.

Got unloaded here 9/15/24, checked in @bout 1050am for a noon appt. Didn't leave until 7pm. Sent an email to Corporate thru website.
Wish they had given me the option to drop the trailer while they figured out how to unload it instead of holding me hostage at door 39 for 8 hours! That was a total waste of my day.
The two stars are for the great employees I encountered who were polite and empathetic. The booth staff, yard guy, and loader who was passing by.

Good facility to deliver checkin 7 hour before appointment but unload started 1 hour before appointment after paying lumper fee have to wait for more than one hour for paperwork. There is driver lounge in the facility restrooms are super clean.

Worst place ever, you'll get door before your appointment, but they'll start unloading whenever they fell to unload you it can be an hour later from your appointment time, but they'll unload you pretty fast but check out prosser is nightmare, they'll msg you for lumber fee when you pay that they'll take whole day for paperwork, they'll totally forget about you. WASTE OF TIME. They'll not unlock your trailer from the loading dock, so you can't drive to the gaurd house where your papers are, and you can't walk to him because its 100 miles from the loading docks. You'll have to call uber for that

Fast load after the broker, JB Hunt, finally decided it was ok to give me the pick up number?
Really good and friendly people. All kinds of truck stops nearby.
Can't sleep on the property.

Super simple check in. Took less than 5 mins. Was texted what door to head to. HOWEVER, whomever is in charge of doing paperwork after you are loaded/unloaded needs to find a new job. Even after to pay the lumper fee you will sit for a good long while waiting on them to complete paperwork while you are still locked to the dock.

Update: wow. After I paid the lumper fee and sat forever I received a notice that they were billing my company for a “warm load”. When I checked in the reefer was at -8 (set to -10). They backed me into a dock, opened my doors and left me sit there for almost 2 hours. They said the temp was 10 above and that was a warm load so they are gonna bill the company. Was told I would receive an update and am still locked to the dock.
