as stated in other reviews, the place sucks
at the check-in there was a queue of trucks, a terrible smell and rude, unwelcoming people at the entrance
I also need a vest, helmet, glasses, good thing you don't need a shovel yet)
only registration takes about an hour

On top of that, they refused to load me because I don’t have long pants

You absolutely must have long pants. If you have passengers, they must have cdl! Will inspect trailer. Slide tandems before scaling.
Friendly staff. Very quick loading time. Good space to back into dock. Careful when driving on site. Easy to find. Scale out axles after loading.

I arrived at 3:17pm for a 4pm appointment and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to check in. There was 5 truck ahead of me and the guest was not a happy camper. She was just mean at first then she was ok checking me in. They gave me a dock door to get unloaded and have been sitting here ever since don’t know how long it will take them to unload me but they was other drivers waiting and been here for hours!! Looks like it’s going to be a long day!!! Just a tip for any driver deliver here or picking up show up a little early so by the time you check in your not late. And ignore the negative attitude of the guard just stay put until she is done checking you in. Make sure you have a HARD HAT,YELLOW REFLECTIVE VEST, SAFETY GLASSES, STEEL TOE BOOTS. IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE PROPER GEAR YOU WILL BE REFUSED AND BE TOLD TO LEAVE THE PROMISES!!!! VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE THE HEART NEEDED. FOLLOW COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS THAT THE GUARD FIVE YOU TO HAVE A GOOD DAY!!! SPEED LIMIT IS 15 MILES IN THE YARD OF YOU GET CAUGHT YOU WILL EARN 1 STRIKE AND 2ND STRIKE YOU WILL BE BANNED FOR A WHOLE YEAR. This place has too many rules to follow but they are slow checking you in and out and unloading you know the rest. Not a good experience so far. STILL WAITING IN THE DOCK TO GET UNLOADED!!! Good luck for anyone else that comes to this place!!! Remember do not feed on any negative attitude this place gives you just ignore it and do You!!! Hope this helps any driver looking for info about this place. If I can give them 0 stars I would but had to give them one to be able to leave a comment.

Thanks to the fellow drivers and their reviews, I rejected my pick up. Drivers gotta reject facilities like this so it’ll teach them a lesson. They need us truckers!

This place has a wildly inefficient way of processing trucks. Expect 40 minutes to 1.5 hours to check in. Loading time isn't bad, they get you pretty quickly. The check out process is ridiculous. At least 17 minutes per truck and if you are overweight GOOD LUCK. Plan on being here 4 or 5 hours even if everything goes smoothly. Have any issues and you're here ALL DAY.

Horrible! Long truck lines, 4 to 6 hour loading. Drivers drop trailer then park on dirt road
Care nothing about driver time.

If u are Otr don’t come here unless u want to do a 34 reset place could care less about driver time no restrooms and no food also place doesn’t allow passengers including animals. Don’t come early ur appt is ur appt and still you will wait I took this load to get closer to another load for $6500 this load was $700 I lost the other load but no one cared

Could do a better job with signs showing where trucks enter .. you literally have a arrow pointing saying no trucks turn but that’s the actual place where trucks are to enter signs would help
