We purchased a IH 770 disk/harrow from IM in December 2022. The bill of sale featured a drag pipe. Disk/Harrow was delivered in 2023 with no drag pipe. Numerous calls to Karely, correspondence to no avail. Offered to take $250 to save shipping. No answer. I urge caution; it's a trust issue.

I'll second that. Except Richard Hammond is the owner which makes him a swamp dweller too. Russell is just plain worthless. If anyone know this companies DOT number let me know. The only one I could find is out of service. Good luck if you buy a tractor from this company.

They don’t want to do any business. We’ve been trying to talk to them about a feed truck. Every time I call I get a very nice polite receptionist, who I know and understand she is not the sales rep, that can’t get the sales reps to do their part. I even just want to simply ask if it’s still available as they spoke to us once and said they’ll email me videos of it mixing feed which I haven’t received and also haven’t been able to talk to a sales rep since. At this point even if the truck is available, we’ve lost all interest.

I called Integrated to replace my John Deere tractor and they helped me find one that was not only better shape and condition but also offered to ship it to me. I was very satisfied with the entire process. I was in need of parts, both Gary and Deanne were very helpful to have them shipped to my location. I understand everything requires extra time especially these days but Debbie was the sweetest when it came to giving me updates. I highly recommend Integrated to anyone that still enjoys doing business the good old fashioned way. Communication and real honest hard work.

Purchased a case 8930. They went out of their way to make sure the tractor was in good working order and condition before it left their shop. It went from trailer to field, where I ran 50hrs with a seven shank ripper. No issues to report. I plan on using them again.

Absolutely terrible customer service super flaky salesman. We were very serious about buying two tractors from them and we called and talked to one of the salesmen and told them that we would like to buy two of their tractors but wanted to come and check them out first. We could never could get him to answer our phone calls back after leaving 10 messages. They are super frustrating. We went and bought a tractor from a dealership who actually did their job and appreciated their customers. I honestly have no clue how they are still in business
