The Inn was a great stay for us. The staff were friendly and informative, the room was clean, and the pillows were so comfortable with such soft pillow cases and a matching soft blanket. No breakfast offered, a little gift shop, plenty of parking in the lot, and several entrances for convenient ways to get to your room.

The rooms don't get service every day unless you ask and even then it may take a while. The front desk staff is wonderful!! If I could choose a nicer place I would but there's not much choices in town. The prices aren't matching the hotel. It's expensive for what the rooms offer. The hotel needs upgrades everywhere

We enjoyed our week long stay in Nauvoo. The Inn has spacious rooms and accommodations for those with special needs.
A pleasant walking distance to many attractions. And the town is safe and clean.

This was so cool!!!! I didn't know they had this here! It's 2 super huge rooms with ample space with a window facing the temple! I'm definitely staying here again and I definitely encourage you to do the same.

If you have any issues, they have a number you call and they are super quick about helping you out. Service is great and the view is plenty. I'd give it 10 stars if I could

Rooms are big and clean but the floors are uneven and make you feel dizzy. Customer service is wonderful. Beds are comfy. The pool is amazing. Great location.

This is a very nice place to stay. We really enjoyed our time spent here. It's a very good location so that you can go and visit the Old Nauvoo town and visitor's center. I would highly recommend this place

The rooms were dirty and dingy. I am allergic to dust and my daughter has asthma and she was coughing horribly within the first hour of trying to sleep in the top bunk. The pillows were hard and old and smelled musty. Carpets super old and dirty and need to be replaced. The whole inn needs an update with new carpets etc. The dishes and utensils are all old and assorted, look like it all came from goodwill.

There was an awful foul smell in the hallway and every time we would open the door the smell would come into our room…I told the front desk and they were very nice and sprayed some air freshener and gave us a wall plug in for our room to help with the odor.

I would not recommend staying here.

Oh no hot tub….even though there are pictures of one. It has been taken out and cemented over.
