Got a meat pack and some Hawaiian sweet rolls all for like $78 bucks. I did like the meat and if you know me you will know I am very picky when it comes to meat. This place was pretty good. And I got a good amount for this price. Also I loved the customer service very accommodating ❤

Very dirty and meat is old! Customer service doesn't exist.. overall I would have had a better experience fighting the cow for meat

Firstly, the quality and presentation of the meats are fantastic. The prices are reasonable for the most part. However, no one ever asks me if I need any assistance on any of the occasions I have shopped here. The people behind the cash registers just kind of stare as I make my way through the store. I'm still not quite sure what it is they're looking at. Secondly, when I present my debit card, it is run through without any question as to whether it is a debit or credit transaction. It is always run through as a credit. I don't know if they don't offer the debit option or what. Lastly, this is not the friendliest place I've shopped in. The quality of meat is great but some cordial interaction would be welcome, especially when a customer is supporting their business by shopping there.

I have been buying products from the store for over 14 years. Whole New York strip loins.and their boneless skinless chicken breasts. courteous staff friendly owner. great prices. I live over 40 minutes away Honeoye Falls NY it's worth the drive.

Never had a problem there. Always happy with the meat I have bought. I always buy the loin and a cutter always comes up to me and asks if I want it cut. Owner always very polite with me at the register.

Everything was great until I had a bad piece of meat I bought for $80 and had cut into steaks. It was so tough no one could eat it. I brought it back and of course it was all my fault cooked it wrong(you could see it wasn't),I picked a bad roast no marbling(hey you put it on the shelf). I just wanted to exchange it but the owner got in my face yelling and all pissed off things went down hill from there I got a temper too. I ended up with a$40 refund and the rest of the steaks for my dog. Terrible customer service I did not expect this from this store
