Instructor was very nice but definitely not worth the price. They give you a recipe card, a couple tiny plates to try it, & tiny pieces of fish to cook.

Loved this experience! An amazing teacher, an amazing history and amazing food. She gives you her secret recipes for salmon burgers, halibut sausage and salmon dip. Really enjoyed this and would highly recommend!
