10/10 best family owned food company in Chicago. Truly care about their customer experience and the ingredients that go into their food. If you want to know what Chicago tastes like grab a pizza puff and tamales and call it a day!

I've loved pizza puffs all my life since I was a kid. Had two Tuesday night that I bought from Food 4 Less frozen section & got food poisoning.

Nice people, but as an OTR I would never want to come here again. The neighborhood has a bunch of low bridges and sharp, busy intersections that are hard to turn on. The guy who posted a picture of his sleeper cab with trailer backed into a dock is either the greatest truck driver in history or they built the building around the truck, because no way that could happen today. Between traffic, construction, pedestrians and the usual Chicago style of drivers it was an accident waiting to happen.

They used a forklift with an accordion extension to get their single pallet into the truck. Their dock people were top notch, it’s just a bad place for docking a 75’ big rig.

I give them a 1 star because they suspended home shipments and they don't respond to emails. When I called and spoke with someone they had no idea or why home shipments were suspended, find that hard to believe. Italco has the best pizza puffs ever!! How do I get them shipped to me in South Carolina Please have better customer service

I own a food truck in East Tennessee and my clients LOVE the pizza puffs. I just wish yall would deliver to East Tennessee. I currently drive to Chicago to pick them up!

We had pizza puffs as our late night eats at our wedding reception and I could not be happier!! They were such a fun surprise for our guests and we could eat them without making a mess and while on the dance floor.
