I used to visit this store with my Grandma. The memories I have always bring warmth to my heart. Visited yesterday (from 90 minutes away) to pick up our traditional sausage for Christmas morning (also my Dad's birthday!). Dad passed away in April, he would have been 88 this year. We will carry on his birthday tradition through tears and laughter with sausage from IL Valley! Thanks to Butcher Erik and his associates and the new owners!!

Great remodel. Unfortunately they were out of everything I came in for by Sunday. No garlic sausage and the deli was sparce. All the baked goods were expiring that day so I walked out with nothing. Will try next time I am in town. Nice job. Looking good.

Love coming to this grocery store, when I come to visit family. The lady at the deli counter was very nice. There's so much to choose from and the prices are reasonable.

Classic spot, the saying goes shop local, and it doesn't get more local than the beloved Illinois Valley Food & Deli

This store should be made to close down. I went for my first time. Alot of their meats were spoiled with meat looking green. Fruits and vegetables were rotten.
Several coolers were down. Òut dated can goods etc.
I would like to know if they have been inspected by the health department.
I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Very conveniently placed store, they have a decent assortment of hard to find ingredients in LaSalle, not my first choice due to the rotten potato smell but if you can get past that you might find what you are looking for.
