Erika Shannon was so helpful and responsive, actually spoke to me on the phone and guided me through my options!! The products came in beautifully made and the event was such a success because of it. Everyone was clawing to take one of our custom delivery truck centerpieces home. We will 100% order in the future, keep up the good work!!!

Customer service was excellent Erika assisted and worked with me through the whole process, we submitted our logo and what additions we wanted to feature, she created a Art Template and was able to provide me with at least 3 different options to choose from, I gave her a need by date and was reassured that we would receive the order on or before that date. She followed up with tracking delivery date, and yes we received the items before our needed date. Pleasant, patient, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. 250ct, 3 in 1 Letter Opener’s were handed out to our congregation, celebrating our 107th Church Anniversary, all were impressed with the design and quality. I definitely will use this company again for future events. All 250 came individually wrapped.

All products came individually wrapped or in separate boxes.

I had a great experience with Bart at Identity Links! They were so easy to work with and got my proofs back to me very quickly. Even better they got my stuff to me in about nine days, which was amazing because I totally ordered them with almost no time before my event.

The sharpies are amazing and were a total hit at my event, because who doesn't love a sharpie!
