Family owned, good customer service, quality meat with great prices, and they don’t tend to rip you off with your game meat and it’s a quick processing turn around. My family and I only buy our meat from them! A must try is the chorizo sausage dogs!

Selective customer service. I went in to purchase and noticed that the lady at the check out was friendly and warm towards certain people. When it was my turn to check out I was greeted with an unfriendly type of "get out " feeling. It made me uncomfortable and disappointed as I've been a member of this community for a long time and know this small town to be filled with good people who treat you how you should be treated regardless of why you look like. I won't be going back anytime soon.

You can't find customer service like you get here. The owner is the nicest person. They have such fresh quality cuts of meats. And a huge selection of BBQ sauces and spices. Not to mention the history of this butcher shop. What a story!! And a great way to shop locally.

I love coming in here. They have a wide range of sauces, seasonings and rubs that will please any grill master. The meat is always fresh and the prices are fair. Plus the employees are always so nice and helpful. I always recommend Idaho to anyone who wants to eat local.
