I ordered my meals on Saturday and got them on Monday, was shocked at the speed I got them. I have tried quite a few meal prep services, this is by far the best I have tried. Good portion sizes and excellent quality and flavor. I had the opportunity to meet the owns as well and was very impressed with him and his family business. We’ve been with Ice Age Meals for the last year and a half, and could not be happier! My wife and I both work, and the frozen paleo meals are a great grab and go option for those of us that are always moving! Flavorful, healthy, and relatively manageable for macro management, I would recommend these as an option for anyone who does not have the time to make their food in the kitchen. Nick also has all the recipes for free on Paleonick.com if you choose to replicate your favorites!! My wife and could not be more thankful to Nick and his team.

This is the most amount of food I’ve had from a meal prep company. There were 6 oz of brisket and seven oz of yams and definitely very filling. Will order again since it’s great value!

Love Ice Age Meals. Just got my third order. My favs are either Smoked Brisket or Huli Huli Chicken, it's a toss up... or Smoked Chicken... I could keep going. Quick, easy, healthy and delicious... what more could you ask for!

I first found out about Ice Age Meals a few years ago at the Nugget Rib Cook Off and found it to be my favorite dry rub.

Luckily, they were selling the Super Radical Rib Rub and decided to pick up a bottle.

I've found this to be a must have kitchen rub for any pork or rib related dish and was running awfully low with the upcoming BBQ season beginning getting ready to start.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan today who was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Although I haven't had the opportunity to try their frozen meals yet, based upon the customer service that I received from Jonathan today I am looking forward to trying them in the near future.

On a happier note I am now stocked up on the Super Radical Rib Rub and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good rub for their ribs or pork.

We just ordered our first box, and are super impressed in terms of the quality, flavor, and quantity! We heard about Ice Age Meals through a couple of sponsored CrossFit athletes. These meals are going to allow for better portion control, and healthy eating. Ultimately we will save money on food because we won't be getting takeout from restaurants as a last-minute dinner multiple times per week. Thank you for providing such a great service to people. Delicious, healthy, fresh & high quality meals! They are definitely something I would cook at home. I love the time saving not having to travel to the grocery store, look for recipes & cook. I can’t tell you how much money we are saving by not throwing away the food that expired, we forgot about or just got bored with. Yes, Ice Age Meals may seem costly to some but we are saving money because of all the above. I run a small business & have 4 kids including a toddler. This service is a life saver for our family! My kids love the meals as well. They are generously portioned so 1 meal is enough for 2 pre-teen kids. All macros are listed on each box so the meals are perfect for training athletes/bodybuilders (like my husband).
