My dog has a significant amount of allergies (around 30) so when I found I and Love and You's Lovingly Simple product I was so thankful. The minimal, allergy free ingredients are perfect and my dog loves her food and has no reaction to it; her skin and constant itching has improved almost 100% since being on this food.
I recently had an issue with my subscription where my card was charged but food was never sent. I reached out to the company and they responded within 24 hours. We discovered that what I order, Lovingly Simple Whitefish, was being discontinued and the 10lb bag was out of stock. As a result, although I was charged for it, my subscription was never fulfilled. They apologized many times for this, overnighted me smaller sized bags to fulfill this order and event sent me multiple free products for my puppy to try and transition to once her food was officially discontinued. I am so grateful for their responsiveness and how they handled this situation. I love being able to support a local, Colorado business. As long as my dog does well on this food, I will be a customer.

We signed up for their dog food delivery and I have since canceled. They keep delivering two bags and charging us. I have called them many times, left messages, and can’t get a response. They sure keep charging us.

About 5 years ago I wanted to find a more healthful food for my cats. I tried many holistic brands but my cats wouldn't go for it. When I brought home the I and Love and You brand, my cats loved it and we have been faithful customers ever since. In the last few months I have noticed a new label. I always avoided serving that one as it was a bit dry. Now you can only get the new label. I have called the company and it is a new formula. It is hard and rubbery like a rubber ball. My cats do not like it. I have tried to add a little warm water or broth to soften it up but my cats only take a few nibbles then walk away. I am wasting about half of what I serve to them. I used to recommend this cat food, including giving it away as a sample for friends to give to their cats, now I would not recommend it to anyone and am at a complete loss of what to feed my own cats.

When FedEx dropped my package off at someone else's house, Betsy, the consumer affairs guru, provided the BEST customer service I've ever had. ANYWHERE. So refreshing to correspond with an actual human who has agency. Plus, my cat loves their food, and I love the ingredients for her.

Absolutely love this brand. We have been getting it for a while and we buy the cat food in boxes. When I opened a can and found mold (maybe roughly handled at the store), i wanted to tell the company in case it happened to anyone else. We even said in the email that we weren't looking to complain and they surprised us with a full box in the mail. The ingredients and the people really make this brand incredible.

I just started feeding my dog and cat raw food..after researching ALOT!! I came to find the freezedried is what works best for my hectic life..My lil shitzu had never finished his food in 1 shot but he does with the raw..I and Love and You had my interest with the name so I ordered it for my dog..He loves it and to be honest I wish there was a raw freezedried brand for cats bc my cat has been stealing the dogs food!!! Currently I am feeding my cat frozen raw but if I and Love and You develop freezedried for cats I will be buying it for mine. It smells great and I rehydrate it in small batches in my refrigerator and my dog is healthy and happy

The only food my cat/kitten will eat! Betsy V. did a great job handling my lost order. Probably the shipping companies fault. I cannot wait to visit the store next time I am in town 🙂
