I originally posted a poor review, regarding a pack of seeds that I had purchased which didn’t turn out too well. A review that I had read by another person stated that Humboldt Seed Company was unresponsive when he had a similar experience, so I assumed there would be no point in contacting them to resolve my dissatisfaction with the seeds I had bought, and just submitted a negative review for the company. Humboldt immediately contacted me to resolve the issue, ultimately sending me another pack of seeds on the house, which I received in about a week of posting my initial review on Google. The staff at Humboldt Seed Company are proactive, professional, and nice. They even provided grow advice to increase my chances of success in the future. And they also included a catalog of all of their exciting strains for the year. Needless to say, I recommend Humboldt Seed Company and look forward to using their seeds in the future.

Ordered 3 blueberry muffins 3 blueberry pancakes and 3 blueberry cupcakes had a mix up and got 3 bigfoot glue instead of the 3 blueberry muffin, they let me keep the bigfoot glue and sent me 10 blueberry muffin.! Thanks for taking care of me.!

I've never had a better customer service from any seed company they went above and beyond for me Idk what I would've have done without them im on disability the seeds they sent me didn't germinate the first few times they instantly replaced them and more. I've had almost a 90 percent germination with them other then ones they replaced for free I didn't have to pay shipping or anything truly the best ppl. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I'll continue to only use them from now on.
