Had an excellent experience here. Room was clean. The frybread was great I was eating pounds of it.

Area feels like a great spot to cruise in fast cars with the guys, very reminiscent of the Radiator Springs in the Cars movies--I think they might've based it on this place

Train passes by every so often and it is loud since your near but it didn't disrupt my sleep or my experience there at all.

I'll definitely be back hopefully soon.

To avoid! I stayed one night and was charged 3 times. For a month no one has responded to my messages asking for the 400 usd back!
Otherwise, good location for excursions in the area, beware of the train sirens that go on day and night every half hour and that don't let you sleep. They do have earplugs at the reception though.

This is an amazing option if you are driving to the different viewpoints for the Grand Canyon. 1.5 hrs from the West Rim, 2 hrs from the south rim, a little under two hours from Las Vegas.|It’s owned by the Hualapai tribe. Comfortable, clean, super convenient. |Rooms are ample, comfortable, they come with a mini fridge, microwave and a one-cup at time coffee maker. Only things to take into consideration is the beds are really high so kids / older people may have a harder time getting on them.|It has a small heated pool, jacuzzi and a small but well equipped gym. |We had read a lot of reviews complaining about the train noise and it is perceptible on the outside but we didn’t hear it in the room. |The restaurant hours are not reliable thou, they have little staff so wait can be longer than a city restaurant. Food is tasty and staff are really nice. |Across the street you can find the Hualapai Supermarket, they have prepared food, frozen options, and beverages; it’s a great option if you want to bring some food into your room (especially with the fridge and microwave). |Parking is open space in front of the hotel. |Not a luxury option but super convenient, and the location is great.

On arrival we were given a room that was already occupied, when explaining this to reception the receptionist replied ‘it shouldn’t be’ then proceeded to check and make us feel like we weren’t believed. The room was average and the bathroom had someone else’s black hair on the shower wall still (I am blonde). We were not in to a good start. They have a restaurant attached that has poor service. We waited 30 minute to be seated. It wasn’t busy but they only had one staff member doing everything. Food order took another 20 minutes and our food arrived before our cokes. If you are a light sleeper there is a train located right next to it which you will hear throughout the night so be warned.

When leaving it was all topped off by the cleaner walking in to start cleaning the room before checking out. I expressed my disappointment to reception and it was just shrugged off. Terrible service, don’t bother!!

Oh and if you book through Expedia, they charge you extra cos it’s a third party!!

IF YOU LIKE ALCOHOL FREE TRAIN STATIONS THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!!! Foods lackluster and service is even more mediocre place is very misrepresented, pretty much just a quality inn in the middle of the desert that’s further from the grand canyon than they say it is place does have some pretty hot water though! Only redeeming quality

Closest hotel to Hilltop site for Havasupai hike. Easy check in with lots of helpful tips, most of the lobby are looks newly renovated. The rooms are good size and bathrooms are nice. Beds are pretty comfy but don’t plan on getting too much sleep if your room is on the backside of the hotel. There is train track right behind the hotel with a train going by at least every 20-30 minutes. Every one of them blows the horn as they approach the town of Peach Springs, including all night. The hotel does provide free earplugs but it was still a rough night.
There is a small restaurant onsite with some local faves (the fried chicken was SO good), but pretty expensive. And we had found some places that said the hotel had cocktails - NOT TRUE. Alcohol is actually prohibited on site, as it is a part of the reservation.
