HSR Property services and the HOA decided that they would charge each resident an additional $1000 (in addition to the monthly fees) to replenish their bank. There was a meeting and a petition to stop this money grab. A representative from HSR was present at the meeting. They let it slip that a homeowner had sued the company. That was why they need the $1000 from the homeowners. On what planet is it the responsibility of the other residents to pay your court costs?!? Another fun story includes them replacing the roof and not removing a mesh covering so that the dryer could vent. I let them know what had happened (after spending about $1200 to diagnose the issue myself) not only would they not refund me a single dime; they also never let any of the other residents know about this issue. HSR literally does not care if your house burns down with your family inside, but you better not be late on a payment, or all of a sudden they are incredibly attentive.

I am a resident at Larkins Point in Joliet, IL. My family and I have been living here for the last 2 years and the way management handles this location is horrible. HOA goes up every few months and are close to 400 a month here. It snowed late last week and none of the driveways or sidewalks haven’t been shoveled or salted. With what we pay them every month this is ridiculous. I even went as far as to tell my sister not to buy the house that’s for sale in this subdivision after she looked at it. Love the neighborhood but these people want your money and also want you to do the outside work. This has been a horrible experience. Save your money people and stay away from Larkins Pointe in Joliet, IL

I have lived here for 8 years now and have only seen 2 maybe 3 occasions when salt and dicing has been done in winter times. I understand certain things need to be handled differently by multiple people however, I pay a hefty amount every year towards the HOA and it's "plowing and snow removal" services. The job is sloppy and frankly the roads on each block are barely even plowed. The roads might as well be left as is because there is no real work being done. If I'm paying for services to be done towards the living community at Larkins Pointe, I expect the job get done, nonetheless done correctly. It's very frustrating having the roads there in terrible condition every time it snows, and I've literally only seen ONE individual plowing the sidewalk on my block. I do my part in cleaning my own driveway and occasionally my neighbors which I didnt mind doing but regardless of my own contribution, when I pay for an expensive year round service I expect it to be done right!

Our property manager meets necessary immediate and general duties above and beyond measures. The quality service she provides working directly or indirectly with tenants makes one feel so comfortable assured and reliable from beginning to end. The level of expertise in her field is shown verbally, and in written form. On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being unsatisfactory and 10 being superior she is 10+.

Our Association has been with HSR Property Management Services for quite a few years. I find Tricia Heramb, our Property Manager very committed to provide us with great service. She has always displayed a positive attitude and provides us with exceptional advice and guidance. She is very open to our suggestions, questions, and replies efficiently. She has been very diplomatic dealing with our homeowners especially with interaction between the two during violation hearings. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't have an answer to our inquiries, she does not hesitate to seek out answers from her superiors or staff. The staff has always been very helpful and responsive to our Board and assists us when we have inquiries about financial reporting, legal issues or work orders, etc. I enjoy working with the staff and especially working with Tricia Heramb. She is a great asset to HSR Property Management Services, and I look forward to our future years together.

I have had a good experience with HSR Property Services so far after moving into my condo about 8 months ago. They answer my inquiries in a timely manner and have always followed up with my requests. They are "on the ball" with what needs to be done and keep us informed. They also answer the phone and are polite, which most agencies don't do. They handle our meetings well, and have a great deal of patience with a person who is seriously clueless and obnoxious and who seems like his only purpose in life is to cause trouble. That's an amazing thing for HSR to handle like they do.

I'm giving a 5 star review to HSR Property Services in Tinley Park, IL. Special thanks to our Association Community Manager, Nadeya Salameh who provides professional, timely and personable service. She is an experienced and knowledgeable Manager and has assisted us with many issues including HOA matters that require rules that we may not have been aware of in the past. We also would like to mention Lynn Ranos who is our contact for work orders and vendors. Lynn has been servicing customers for several years and is extremely efficient and helpful. We are very happy with HSR and hope to continue our relationship in the future.
