Entered facility, at guard shack th young girl said go up to stop sign turn right and there on the right. Then they tell me go to the next building well that person says call this guy he'll know !! Well you can't reach this person now its
8:00 pick and delivery was a hour ago ..even the yard dogs don't know were the bumper docks at. 2 1/2 before finding them right spot

Bought two Hondas that were manufactured at this plant. Very poor quality control which includes dash rattle, exterior manufacturing stains, loose bolts, and leaks.

Best thing to happen in the area period. Not for everyone obviously but the economic impact has been more than anyone could imagine. I don't think most people understand the true impact of this business in the state of Alabama. A great placeto work.

I own a 1998 Honda Accord LX- 5 speed. It runs great! It doesn't move though... why you say?... one teeny tiny little piece that connects the clutch line to the slave cylinder that was NEVER made available for purchase... even to the dealerships. This piece is separate from the clutch line AND from the slave cylinder. According to multiple HONDA sources (a dealership and this manufacturing facility among the sources) it was only used in a few cars before Honda decided it was a design flaw... my car being one of them. It was replaced by a $300 hose with this piece attached to it! Honda refuses to help in any way because I haven't and cannot afford to take it to one of their dealerships to have it fixed... even though my car is being repaired by a licensed, reputable mechanic. They have a "very good working relationship" with their dealerships. I guess so. Seems to me that if they made the part seperate from those aforementioned components in even one car they should make it available for purchase or have a recall to remedy their "design flaw". I believe the design flaw was that they could make more money by attaching it to the hose, thus forcing the customer to purchase the entire hose, whether the hose is good or not.
