Rather disappointing considering the existing reviews. The food was mediocre at best, the service was acceptable, but not great. The iced tea was incredibly weak and bland, barely stronger than water (the photos show a cola, but not the iced tea, you'll have to trust me on this); the chicken in the chicken parmesan was fine, but the pasta lacked flavor, the gluten-free pizza was oily and had very little toppings, the rustic ranger pizza was okay. Overall, I'd skip this place and try somewhere else; Tap and Dough was a swing and a miss for us.

Was very disappointed in our experience. Menu and photos of the food looked good but no one in our group loved what they ordered. We weren’t greeted by our waiter for 15 minutes which was frustrating. The cocktail I ordered was really bad (some tequila drink). Waiter took it off the bill which was nice but when he cleared the drink, he stood there and took a sip to test it out I guess? Really unprofessional. Ordered the Caesar and two pastas. The baked bolognese was pretty good but the chicken parm was average. Sad when the highlight of the meal was a basic Caesar. Don’t think we’ll be going back. Mostly because of the service.

We ate lunch at Homegrown and it was amazing! We had a Caesar salad to start and we shared a “Pete” za - ham, candied bacon, pineapple, and jalepenos. Oh.My. Goodness. It was delicious! The crust is soft, chewy, and a little crunchy. We had a couple beers and chatted with our server, Tim, about all of us growing up in the St. Louis metro area. Go have some food and beers at Homegrown Tap& Doingh!! And ask for Tim!!

Great location. Great selection of beer. Friendly service. Easy menu. Pizza is good. Pasta dishes are good. Italian wings are very good. With pepperoni, peppers, and marinara sauce for dipping sauce. Great vibes. Lots of tv’s for sports entertainment.

First we were seated without silverware. Then our server asked us for drinks and immediately walked away when we were ready to order. Then when my friend ordered an appetizer and proceeded to start his food order the server literally walked away while he was talking. He also had to complain because his soda was flat (which to our server's credit she removed from our bill).

When we finally did get to place our order. It was one of the most plain burger patties I've ever had at a sit down restaurant. The charring on it was great but aside of that there was no flavor.

Went for lunch with my stepmom and it's now on my list of favorite places! They have lots of gluten free options and we took advantage of the lunch special and shared the pig n pear and the seasonal palisade peach pizzas. If anyone would have told me I'd like peaches on pizza (I am pro pineapple incidentally), I would have laughed. You. Must. Try. This. Pizza. It has a spicy honey served with it and it's one of the best things I've eaten. We also had the quinoa salad and Brussel sprouts. Both excellent. Our experience was complete with the beautiful Robin making recommendations and taking care of us.

Tim, the bartender, was fantastic. He clearly deserves a free meal and a solid pat on the butt.

Honestly though, fast, friendly service, love that they have wine on tap, and their happy hour deals are great! The meatballs are delicious, as is the margarita pizza.
