The staff was so awesome and definitely worth the drive! I had received a gift and it was broken the Manager Sarah I believe was her name, made sure to be helpful, unlike the Escondido Homegoods. The store was so clean, the staff was so kind and welcoming pet friendly too. I would definitely do the drive again to just do my shopping there.

It’s actually insane how rude the staff are here. I’ve came here twice and each time asking for help from two separate middle aged women and both encounters were the same. I ask “excuse me can you help me” and they look at me annoyed in silence and I ask where I can find such and such and they say NOTHING and point to where it might be and that’s it. I don’t understand the problem. Also at the checkout area they don’t even speak or smile. Kindness goes along way in the work place ladies.
