Worst gas station in kenai. Bought $20 worth of gas and I only had $100 to my name at the time. Needed to pick up my prescription s and when I tried to I found out that the holiday gas station put a hold on all the remaining money I had. And was told by my bank that they had 3-5 business days to release it. The transaction with them was complete an hour prior to this. How is this not theft? When I demaned to speak to the owner the attendant was rude and of course words were exchanged and then they trespassed me because I was obviously ticked off and those prescriptions were super import and due to their theft I hate go days without them creating a medical emergency that landed me in the emergency room

On Saturday, 11:30am, March 18,2023....I fill up my truck. 40.00...As I pay, I ask 'WALTER' if free coffee refills come with fill ups. He says no. I then say:

"OH, the Tesoro does, ask your Mgr about it "

Walter, a 20 something yr old ( I am 68) says rather flippantly ,as I leave , under his breath:

"Well, the 'other guy' ain't that far away."

Now, Walter should be warned against committing career suicide.

Extremely rude, unprofessional help always at this Kenai Store.

Love this gas station! I know that it's part of a chain, but it still gives off that small town vibe, which is awesome. They have everything you could ask for from a gas station, plus friendly staff who aren't afraid to talk.

Absolutely the worst fuel in my opinion. I prefer the Soldotna store over Kenai as some of the staff is very rude.,its a completely different atmosphere in Soldotna.
