Dog friendly patio. ?

I frequent this restaurant annually, and it holds a special place in my heart. During my most recent visit on July 4th, I opted for an early lunch. The restaurant was relatively quiet at that time, which allowed us to enjoy the pleasant patio seating. As dog owners, we appreciated the dog-friendly policy, and it was heartwarming to see other pet-loving patrons at nearby tables.

The ambiance exudes a cozy, family-style vibe, and the noise level during lunch hours remains pleasantly.

Service: The staff were friendly and helpful, which is always a plus. However, the wait time for our hamburger was 20 minutes is quite long for a lunch order. While the flavor of the hamburger was acceptable, I couldn’t help but compare it to previous visits when it was even better. Unfortunately, this time, it arrived dry.
On a brighter note, the fries were really good! Crispy, well-seasoned, and satisfying. As for the beer selection, I opted for the cucumber blonde ale, which was a refreshing choice.
In summary, this restaurant has its charms and I’m sure we will come back again

OK food. Wings were crispy. Pizza was okay. Bartender is nice. Drinks were made well.

Order at the bar and seat yourself.

Dishes were dirty so that affected my appetite. We took the pepperoni to go and left the BBQ pizza with half a slice eaten because it was wet and soggy and not worth taking. Both pizzas could have been cooked longer.

Bartender was personable and made a good drink.

It’s attached to Station 66. Both felt like tourist traps

Great drinks at reasonable prices and excellent service. Didn’t try the food but the folks at the next table really liked the pizza. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable and suggested a few day trips outside of Williams that we hadn’t heard about.

Williams is known as the last town on Rte 66 to be bypassed, and so my family dropped by along our road trip. After riding the zip line, visiting the "Poozeum" and browsing for souvenirs, we sought a place to eat and drink and found Historic Brewing. Does it deserve its name as much as the town does?

As you enter, you take a menu, wait on line and order both food and drinks at the bar. The bar guy will take your order and give you a number for your table. If you want to keep your tab open and order more drinks later, you can bypass the line and go straight to the bar guy.

The atmosphere at Historic is rustic cool. Lots of seating within and picnic tables with umbrellas outside. Kill some time waiting for your food by playing a couple of old-timey arcade games, skeeball for $1 and and a wild west shooting game with an infrared rifle and targets for $2.

I gave my family the choice of what kind of wood-fired pizza to order. They ordered the BBQ Pork Pizza (BBQ sauce, mozzarella, pulled pork, onions, pineapple, cilantro). It definitely wasn't my first choice because I'm not crazy about the idea of pineapple on pizza, but parenthood is about sacrifice, right? I would have preferred The Hog (tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, salami).

However, when I tried it, the sweet and savory ingredients worked REALLY well together. In fact, I think it was the touch of cilantro that pulled it all together. I can't believe I'm writing this, but I recommend it! The crust was amazing: thinnish, slightly chewy and just the right amount of crisp char. I later find out from the bar guy that they import their flour for the dough from ITALY and is 99% gluten free. We did find ourselves waiting for about 25 minutes for our pizza, but I kind of don't blame them as they were pretty busy that afternoon.

As for drinks, I had a pour of the Prickly Pear Cider (6.3%) and the Mango Waves of Grain (wheat beer, ?%). The sangria-tinted cider was delicious, fruity and easy to drink -very dangerous! The Mango was great too: slightly hoppy in the beginning, then BAM, the mango hits you at the end. My wife who doesn't usually drink beer took a sip and liked it very much. I highly recommend both refreshing libations. I believe the Blue & Gold (IPA, 7%) is their signature drink as the Blue & Gold logo is on much of their merch. I didn't get to taste it so hopefully I'll get to next time.

Speaking of merch, I did buy a cool T-shirt that I saw a server wearing. See my pics for the shirt. As a homebrewer, I appreciated it.

Sit outside long enough on a sunny evening and part of 2nd Street will be blocked off for some cowboy comedy theater. Plug your little kids' ears because their six-shooters sound real! Have your kids drop a dollar in their strong box at the end.

I don't have anything bad to say about Historic Brewing. The food is delicious as are its drinks. Staff were friendly and chatty, the atmosphere was nice with copious amounts of comfortable seating and tables for you and family. High marks all around - don't hesitate to visit Historic Brewing when tooling around historic Williams

I absolutely LOVED it here! We’re a beer loving family and the beer was delicious. Bartender (I didn’t catch her name - but she had long dark hair and the cutest bangs, with some sweet Doc Martens ?) was super friendly and helpful despite the large crowd. She never rushed us and made great recommendations.
Other workers kept busy and were constantly cleaning (really nice to see!). Food (SW cheesesteak and pulled pork sandwich - no pics because we were too hungry lol) were super fresh and delicious.
We’ll be going back for dinner tonight and we’re so excited! Also scored some sweet merch from their huge, super trendy collection. Marketing team deserves a raise!!!
Cheers!! ?

Beautiful brewpub in a historic building. Can't beat the outside looks and warm inner feel.
Good choice of beers. The one that stood out to me was the Picnic Pie hole, a cherry vanilla wheat beer. I had it as part of a flight and ordered it on a wim and was impressed by the flavour profile.

Beer was great, but many of the popular taps ran out and they did not replace the kegs. Food was not very good, my burger was very over cooked and the salad we got looked old and wilted. Service was good, the bartender was nice. Would probably return for a beer and would skip ordering food next time and go somewhere else.

It's not often you are surprised by a side salad, but that was the case here. Well crafted with a flavorful dressing. The pizza was outstanding as well. Light crust, not to chewy with abundant fresh toppings. All accompanied with a flight of their exquisite house brews. Reasonably priced and nice atmosphere. Put this one on your list of places to visit in Williams!!
