Another great convention here! This amazing hotel hosts our group every year, and never fails to disappoint. From the venue to the amenities, it’s second to none! Many thanks to all the staff for their continued hard work and attention to detail, especially the restaurant crew and banquet staff for catering to our every need. And thanks to Annabelle for her incredible hospitality once again, and for everything she does to make us feel welcome and catering to our every need! Keep up the great work!

Dieunise J Baptiste is your BEST employee. She works in the coffee shop and is the first person you come in contact with each morning. She is absolutely the most friendly, courteous and professional person. Lovely smile and genuine personality and makes the best latte!!!! Her colleagues Sharon is lovely, too. Radiant and loves what she does. Also, Rubin is a great great waiter. I had a HOT breakfast and he was so pleasant and professional.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The pool is nice and big, cool which helps for a vigorous workout.

But you pay for parking, pay for breakfast - which was pretty good, but not as nice as another hotel chain where we frequently stay. And why was our room unlocked, except when we were inside and locked the deadbolt? We couldn't lock the door from the outside.

The Hotel is a little tired but I’m told renovations are planned for next year. Be sure to check times and availability of Reataurant bar and coffee shop as they are not always available. Overall a good location for a hotel at a good price. Annabelle was especially helpful and happy she was there.

The Hilton in Stamford is more than a hotel. For me it is a comfortable, familiar place with friendly, capable people.

I have stayed at many hotels in the Greenwich/Stamford area including this one over a long period of time and I recently had a need to find a place to stay for nearly a month while recuperating from some surgery. After looking at all the options, I chose this hotel. It was mostly because of the people, but also the reasonable price. The hotel itself has a very nice lobby, common spaces, gym, pool and other facilities. The rooms could use some updating, but the staff is always accommodating. They all went out of their way to help me during my stay with a friendly and helpful attitude. Even the housekeeping and maintenance staff were very helpful and responsive when called upon. In particular, over numerous stays, Ally, Sharon, Diuenese, Kelvin, Andrew and Annabelle were quick with a smile and a helping hand. Special thanks to Annabelle for restaurant recommendations, a great getaway deal, insights into other Hilton properties and her consistently professional presence and availability.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ines during my recent stay at the hotel, and I must say, she is an absolute gem! This lovely lady is not only kind and courteous, but also incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.

Although I only had the chance to interact with her for two days, she consistently demonstrated a warm and welcoming demeanor, making me feel right at home. It's a rare delight to encounter someone as genuinely caring and dedicated as Ines.

But my wonderful experience didn't stop there! During my stay, I also had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at the hotel, where I met William, our server. William was absolutely fantastic! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure that our breakfast experience was nothing short of exceptional. His kindness and warmth made us feel like we were part of the family.

I would be thrilled to have the opportunity to meet both Ines and William again whenever I stay at the hotel. They truly are a dynamic duo, and I'm so grateful to have had the chance to experience their exceptional hospitality!

I stayed here during an event here and the hotel was quite nice. The staff really went above and beyond. Kelvin was very helpful at check-in. Our meal plan was well organized too. Tadros, Maria, and Anibal were so friendly and helpful in getting everyone their meals. I would definitely come back.

Prior to our arrival, I had called the hotel multiple times to ask questions and make room adjustments. Everytime, I spoke with Kelvin (Kevin?) and I have to say what a delight they were. They were responsive, quick, accommodating and so friendly. It made me confident things would go smoothly during our stay.

Which leads me to the stay - 100% easy and breezy. Christian checked me in with a friendly face. Rafael handled engineering issues with ease and a welcoming smile. Omar helped wrangle luggage carts and direct traffic. A 10/10 experience.
