From the moment we started planning, everything was effortless—largely thanks to Gerry, who was beyond amazing to work with. She made the entire process stress-free and ensured our wedding day ran flawlessly. Her attention to detail and professionalism were unmatched, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment without a single worry.|The venue itself is stunning, but what really sets it apart is the convenience of having everything in one place. Since it’s a hotel, we and our guests were able to stay overnight, making the transition from the reception to the after-party and next-day brunch so easy. Speaking of brunch, having it right at the hotel was such a great touch—it let us continue celebrating with our guests in a relaxed setting the next morning. And let’s not forget the incredible bridal suite, which was spacious, luxurious, and the perfect place to get ready.|Now, the food—absolutely phenomenal! One of the main courses was filet mignon, cooked to perfection—just what we needed after a night of dancing. Every course was delicious, and our guests are still raving about the meal. And for those who weren’t ready for the night to end, the hotel bar had karaoke, which kept the celebration going well past the reception!|If you want a wedding venue that offers beauty, convenience, and top-tier service, the Pearl River Hilton is an easy choice. From the exceptional staff to the incredible food and all the little extras that made the weekend unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend!

This Hilton is in a nice quiet location and is buffered by a golf course. Nice clean gym, an indoor pool. The rooms were clean and offered a good amount and the bed was comfortable. Because of the late booking I had to go with an ADA room so the bathroom layout was not ideal for me but I knew that I was getting an ADA room in advance... Had breakfast at the restaurant twice, good continental breakfast for the money, lots of selections, the AM staff at the restaurant were less seasoned but they were extremely attentive.

My husband and I got married here in October 2024, and it was such a wonderful experience. Abigail was simply amazing! She was our event manager/coordinator whom we worked with for a year prior to our big day. She was always prompt with her emails and texts. During our weekend ceremony everything ran seamlessly and if I needed anything Abigail was quick to respond to any of my concerns. In addition to Abigail, the servers and bartenders were so polite and kind. The entire hotel staff was very accommodating to all our 150 guests. If I ever have to host another big function again, I would consider hosting at this venue!

Our team was able to host the "launch event" for the new calendar year for the 3rd year in a row at the Hilton Pearl River. We continue to return for good reason! The staff is incredibly friendly, very helpful through and through, proactive, and helped us to put on a great meeting. |Our meeting started with lunch, included a "main stage room" with full tech support, as well as 4 additional breakout rooms. We had afternoon snacks and an early evening cocktail reception with heavy appetizers. ||It was a great day. We'll definitely be back many times in the future!

Excellent customer service from the whole staff. So accommodating and eager to please. I organized a meeting and customer service by everyone was exceptional. The event staff as well as the catering staff were always accessible. Sleeping rooms were lovely and the conference rooms very professional.

great location. great hotel. great staff. very clean. spotless. clean. beautiful. the only side remark i have is. the rooms do not come with refrigerator or microwave. the property itself self said they don’t even have a microwave on premises. how do you expect someone to heat up leftovers. or with no refrigerator. keep water or drinks cold. also the both room has 1 hook to hang up wet towels. not good. due to this. we will not return to this property but overall if these things don’t mean much to you. i would come here.

My company hosted an event at the Hilton Pearl River in January 2025. The staff (specifically Kaylee, Max & Andrew) were AMAZING to deal with. They handled our requests/adjustments with ease, and all we had to do was show up! This was an all day event (large meeting, breakout sessions, lunch, snack, reception), and they were great the whole way through. We look forward to hosting future events at the Hilton Pearl River for years to come. 100/10 recommend!
