Outdated, dank, drab, and uninspired property. It was like taking a stroll down memory lane into the 1990s. As I tried to sleep on my 1990s mattress, and couldn't, I was reminiscing about my Gen X young adulthood days. I researched the suicide of Kurt Cobain, and concluded that he (and not Courtney) did it. Let's see, what else? The hot tub in the pool was literally colder than the pool. And I specifically chose this hotel for the hot tub. Room was above lobby bar, so it was really loud really late. Parking wasn't great. Price wasn't great either. I won't be back, but at least all staff tried hard. Nice pleasant folks all over the hotel. Next time I will go with a newer fresher cleaner hotel - loads of them nearby.

Negassi was great for our breakfast ! He was very nice and quick with his service. |The only thing was in the rooms. it was very hot and I tried moving the temperature but it was still hot and wouldn’t go down further. Besides that everything else was great!

I was a guest at this hotel last weekend while in town for my daughter's engagement event and I had the most amazing stay. The staff was friendly, courteous and very accommodating. A special thank you to Yolanda and Gus, the General Manager, who went over and beyond to make my daughter's engagement event special, despite last minute changes due to bad weather. I truly appreciate you!

Amazing service after being sent here by an airline following a cancelled flight. We arrived as a school group of 45 at 5.30am and were swiftly placed in rooms so we could rest. They also did an amazing job with serving us breakfast and lunch. The hotel manager and catering staff went above and beyond to help us in difficult circumstances. Thank you!

Negassi was excellent in the restuarant. Very helpful and went above and beyond there was an issue with the room being too hot but maintenance came right away and was very responsive. Otherwise, the facilities were nice. The building is old, but it was well-maintained.

I stayed here with 2 friends around 7 months ago.

Pros:
- Clean and spacious room
- Nice lobby
- Amenities like the pool were enjoyable
- Honored Hilton Gold status and benefits

Cons:
- We accepted a room upgrade which we told had a pull out sofa bed, but the sofa bed they were talking about was basically just a chair and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. We called the front desk about this and we were asked if we had any questions, but the lady there hung up after like 2 seconds while we were thinking about what to say. Luckily one of the friends I was with could sleep on basically anything but we still felt a bit deceived.
- Decided to try out breakfast since Hilton Gold members get a breakfast credit, but we were charged almost $30 per person for a continental breakfast which is really ridiculous and is basically robbery to be honest.

Overall a decent hotel, but the front desk interaction and the extremely overpriced breakfast prevents me from giving any higher than a 3 star review.

I’ve stayed here a dozen times. The rooms are dusty and not cleaned all that well. The last time I stayed here they put me on the opposite side of the hotel than usual. I did a room sweep, as always, and found a dead german cockroach and two other bugs that might have been something worse. Hard to say. It was late. I had enough evidence to leave and never come back. It’s a shame. I’ve always thought if they just cleaned the place it would be really nice!
