Great welcoming staff! Parking was fine. Clean room. Tons of electrical outlets. Quiet(er) air conditioner. Comfortable. The only half negative, which I've seen in other reviews, is that the shower never got more than luke warm. BUT, the overall experience was great.

Loved our stay. We have only great things to say about the hotel, the service and the staff. Highly recommended. The one bedroom suite was huge - beds were very comfortable and the service was impeccable. We will be returning very soon. The staff at the bar and dining room downstairs was perfect also.

I booked a room for a wedding under a wedding block of room at the block rate and got a confirmation email with the room rate. Upon arrival to the hotel, I was told I did not have a reservation under my name. After several minutes, it was found that my room was given to another member of the group however, my name was still not listed as having a reservation. After giving my confirmation code several times, they finally gave me room under the other group members name who my reservation was given to. Upon check out, I received an email with the correct charge for my room. After checking my card, i was charged $300 dollars more than the bill. I called and talked to someone on the phone and was advised I got the hilton honors charge but did not get the block rate. I was told to email the front desk manager. I emailed the front desk manager and have yet to get a return email. I called the front desk manager and was told he was in a meeting and my name and number were taken and have yet to receive a call back. I have no idea why the person at the front desk would change anything involving other peoples reservations. I do not recommend this hotel and as they are NOT quick to resolve any major issues.

I only stayed one night but it was a nice experience right from check-in. The floors were in the process of being washed, so the gentleman from the front desk, who was very friendly and polite, wheeled my luggage through the slippery hallway to the elevator. The hotel was very clean. The next morning I had food delivered to my room and the desk called to confirm for my safety, and she was so polite. My only complaint is the walls seemed very thin. Right before going to sleep, the guy in the next room was loudly talking on the phone for awhile, and I could feel/hear every footstep he took. I still give it 5 stars though!

The Hilton Garden Inn was the unanimous recommendation for a room block near my venue, the Royalton Mansion, from Brides of Long Island (BOLI). We had a very easy time working with Samantha and Angie. I loved that we were able to block rooms without any kind of commitment on our side, and the rooms were held until 30 days before the wedding, which was completely reasonable. It was very easy to drop off our welcome bags as well. While I needed to request periodic updates as to where we were in terms of filling the room block, Samantha and Angie were very responsive and provided timely updates. We booked our block in July 2023 for our October 2024 wedding and were the last group to secure a block, so if you are interested in a room block here, make sure you secure your block far out, especially if in the peak wedding season. Our guests seemed to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay as well.

Very clean rooms (we had 2 and I saw them both). Check in and out were both easy and very friendly. Good location for our needs. Thumbs up all around.
