I just completed another amazing stay at this hotel. Although I enjoy trying different hotels when I visit NYC, I have come back to this hotel a few times, primarily because of the location, amazing staff, and modern rooms.||First, the amazing staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful, and competent. They were able to get me into a great room with an awesome view, and confirmed my breakfast choices and how I can spend my daily resort credit. Anytime I walked by the front desk, they were friendly and greeted me with a smile. Big shout out to Ibeth and Michelle at the front desk for being so awesome!!!||The rooms are modern and functional. Of course they are on the small side, but it's New York City! My room was a corner room, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over 42nd street and Times Square. I never closed the blinds as I enjoyed the views during the day and at night. The bathroom was clean and neat, with a nice modern stand-up shower, which I always prefer over a tub/shower combo.||The on-site restaurant is very good, with either a breakfast buffet with multiple hot and cold options, or you can order off the menu. Both options were satisfactory.||Elevators were mostly fast and efficient, except for a few of the "peak" times where they were a bit full and had to pass by a few folks because they were full. But all high-rise hotels in NYC have this same issue, so it's not just this property.||The location of this hotel is awesome! You are steps from world-famous Times Square, with the theaters, restaurants, and other fun stuff to do. You can walk easily to Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, and other mid-town attractions. The subway is steps from the hotel entrance, that can take you anywhere in NYC that you want to go for a $3 fare.||In summary, I would stay here again, especially if I get a decent rate for a Times Square hotel. The staff alone make it a great choice!

I can't say enough good things about this location. Joseph checked us in and made sure we were taken care of and had a room that me tour needs for the few days we were scheduled. When we needed to extend our stay he ensured we could keep the same room to make things easier. In a city of millions, we felt valued! Rooms were clean, elevators were fast, location is amazing. Was able to fall asleep watching the Empire State Bldg.

As adults we are responsible for our children. As a lesson to help our children grow we have them pack their own belongings. Today 4/7/25 our children left $200 worth of zip up hooded sweatshirts in room 1809. We checked out at 12pm and contacted the hotel at about 6pm when we realized we left the sweatshirts in the room. It’s unfortunate the hotel staff couldn’t locate the items where we left them. The room was not booked by another party per the front desk. So be careful with your belongings at this hotel.

It been seven years since I had last visited New York City. Prior to that I had been a regular visitor to New York City. For this visit, me and a friend had tickets to see two Broadway shows, and we wanted to hotel close to the theaters and places to eat afterwards. Hilton Garden Inn Times Square proved a perfect choice. Convenient to the theaters and to the restaurants for which we had reservations. The hotel proved not only convenient, but a delight. What made the hotel a delight was some of the staff members. In particular I would like to offer a "shout out" to the morning staff at Paul's in particular my young male server, who regretfully I didn't get his name. But he was extremely polite and attentive. And I would also like to offer a major "shout out" to Michelle, who worked at the front desk. In addition to being excellent and always ahead of me, she was funny and delightful in both my check-in and check out and always acknowledged me whenever she saw me. It service like this that make a hotel experience just a bit more special.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Times Square, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The room standard was excellent—spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Incredible restaurant by the hotel.

The location is unbeatable! Being just steps away from the vibrant energy of Times Square made it easy to explore the city and enjoy its many attractions. Whether I wanted to catch a show or grab a bite to eat, everything was conveniently within reach.

What truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to my stay.

Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for anyone visiting New York. With its fantastic location, great room quality, and attentive service, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city!

Room was very clean and perfect size for four of us. The view was nice, the hotel was quiet and the housekeeping kept the room nicely stocked with fresh towels and made our beds daily. The extra sense of security with the guard at the front door + needing a room key to work the elevator was appreciated.

So I went to New York for a dress sale and did not get a hotel prior to going. I ended up looking at several hotels before choosing this Hilton and I’m glad I did because the room was great the staff was amazing especially Michelle. She was there at the front desk when I checked out she was amazing sweet kind and definitely made this my favorite hotel.

What a fantastic stay! The hotel had a modern yet cozy vibe, with stylish rooms that were impeccably clean. The staff made us feel so welcome, and every little request was handled with care. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, yet it was quiet enough to relax after a busy day. 10/10 – would love to come back!
