I must admit, this location has the best service, rooms are really nice and clean. the staff is very professional. Rick at the front desk was very helpful and considerate. I will most definitely be staying here again! Drinks at the bar are really good. Area of the hotel is really nice. I don’t have any complaints what so ever!

Stayed at the hotel for one evening on a business trip. The hotel is very close to a subway station so you can easily walk to the hotel. I checked in during evening hours and I liked that the front entrance was easy to access and well lit - after a certain time only guests with a room key can enter the front doors. The bar/restaurant have last kitchen call at 9:45 pm so I missed eating in the lobby restaurant. Easy to check in and my Hilton status was acknowledged. There is a $35 hotel fee added to bill (even though my room was prepaid). The hotel was quiet in the evening on a Friday night. The hotel lobby notes recent and ongoing renovation and it is noticeable in the entrance to the rooms. The rooms are a bit older but clean. The lighting is a little dim even when I turned on all of the lamps in the room. Everything worked in the room and the shower had great water pressure. The AC/heating does hum when turning on and off. I had breakfast in the lobby restaurant which offers a buffet for $30 and a la carte options.

For the most part, I enjoyed my stay at this establishment. The staff were incredibly friendly and the bar services were amazing, having several local drafts and the bartender knew how to make the perfect old fashion. I stayed on the executive floor of the hotel and was decently surprised by the wallpaper they used for my room, pictured below. The location of this hotel was in the perfect spot, only one block from the Hoyt Subway station service in the A, C, and G lines. It was particularly convenient that it serviced the line (A) that went from JFK into Manhattan, including stops like Penn Station, Times Square, Central Park and Brooklyn Park. The only issues I had with this location was the executive lounge, which I have access too given my diamond status. It had very crappy snacks, no fresh/hot options, and doubles as the breakfast room in the mornings. Overall I give this location 4/5 for friendly staff, quality service, clean and renovated areas, amazing location, but lacking in the lounge/breakfast quality.

Sharinel was amazing! She helped us in navigating the subway, and generality getting around Brooklyn. Outstanding customer service!||Hotel was clean and breakfast was great. About a 15 minute easy walk to Barclay’s Center. Would recommend paying for valet parking

Service sub par compared to other properties. I did not get welcomed as a Diamond member. When asked if I could get a water the front desk tried to charge it, I mentioned i am a Diamond member I usually get a water upon request. She told me that is only at check in. Then told me to go to the Executive lounge, (just the breakfast area) and still kind of dirty and not really stocked with anything no water. First hilton who did not provide me a water upon request and the front desk did not want to be bothered with assisting me. Room was clean and nice, bathroom nice. Another front desk person could not recommend any local favorite restaurants or bars. He just seemed like he wanted to converse. I asked any local recommendations for food, where locals usually go or just place unique to the area, and he didn't know. BTW I recommend the Holle Nickle on Alantic , few blocks away.

I am a lifetime Hilton Diamond member, and have stayed at a ton of Hiltons all over the world. We stayed at the Hilton Brooklyn for four nights, paying an average of $539 per night (with taxes) for a King Deluxe room. Nothing special about the room. The pros are that the breakfast restaurant staff are great and hard working. The bed and linens were comfortable, with nice pillows. Housekeeping staff are awesome.||The first night we arrived we had come from a long overseas flight and were tired. We wanted room service, but because a bartender had called out, all room service was cancelled according to the front desk. I did not feel that this decision was a good one for the price we paid, etc. Also, I had a ton of laundry done (over $150 of laundry) and the front desk said they would not bring the laundry to my room. When I asked why, they said that their coworker was "on break" and they couldn't leave. I said, that's okay, you can bring it when they're off break, and they agreed to do so. This was at 7 pm at night. They never brought up the laundry, and I had to get it myself the next morning.||For the price we paid I expect significantly better service from the front desk. Either management needs to hire more people, or better train staff, because the front desk really doesn't care about its clients.

My stay at the Hilton Brooklyn New York was fabulous!

Location: great! 3 minute walk to multiple Subway entrances, close to coffee shops, and restaurants.

Rooms: The room did have a bit of wear and tear, but was clean and didn’t have any sort of smell. The linens were fresh and for my anxious travelers the mattresses had a protective zipper cover. The bed was also super comfy

Service: Fantastic! Had a meal in the hotel bar and it was delicious.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Hilton Brooklyn is very nice for a Hilton property. The staff is especially friendly, Emily from the front desk being a stand out. The overnight (5am) front desk gentleman on the night of 12/29 was also extremely helpful, I apologize for not getting your name. Room service was extremely fast and the burger was excellent. I did not care for their “resort fee” or whatever they call it, they act like you get your money back because they give you a $35 credit, but you are still responsible for any taxes or tips encountered when using the “credit”. I felt a little nickel and dimed in that aspect as the room rates were incredibly high for new years weekend. I did book through the chase portal so perhaps they are cheaper directly (always go direct if you can). I found the location convenient but i much prefer staying in Williamsburg. All in all, I enjoyed my stay but don’t think I would return. Thank you again Emily for being so understanding and compassionate.
