This is one of my absolute top favorite places to get food, even when their cafe is closed, they have something to serve everyone. Last week I got their potato soup and jalapeno cornbread, this week I got their chicken noodle soup and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. With a brown sugar pecan meringue cookie for dessert. The store keepers are friendly and helpful, and keep the store so tidy!
This place is also a market that offers literally everything from jams to gardening seeds, ALL their food is HOMEMADE, and it is all fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place. An absolute must visit!!!
My favorite part about all of this is that they celebrate Halloween and sell amazing Halloween outdoor decorations. This fact keeps me coming back even more.

The prices are high but the people who work there are very nice. There is a pretty good variety of yard and garden items. The produce selection is limited. I haven't eaten at the restaurant.

I didn't eat in the restaurant but I'll be back. I was traveling through Argo on a "Roamin' Gnome" day trip and was drawn in by the spectactular fall display of vibrant mums and variety of pumpkins. Who can resist a well-thought out display of haybales, cornstalks, pumkins, and STUNNING mums! I did by a lovey little white pumpkin for my own holiday display and am so happy I discovered this lovely spot.

I love this local little slice of heaven!! They have the cutest decor, fresh produce, local meats, local honey, jams, jellies, and other homemade goodies!! The restaurant and people are great!! We absolutely love Hill Top!! Remember to shop local!!?

I have been here twice, bought food from the freezer, chicken and dumplings are fantastic, tamales, chicken Ritz casserole, picked up a few canned goods. This will be a regular stop when in the area

Had an awesome experience here! Found some beautiful ferns, marigolds and vegetable plants! Was given great advice on how to care for the plants I bought and ideas on how to best tackle my vegetable garden!

Nice little jewel at a farmers market type store. Catfish nuggets perfectly seasoned and cooked. Hamburger steak needed some seasoning, but otherwise, it was very good. Sides were pretty good - mac&cheese a little dry but tasted good; Grits & greens casserole VERY good; Butter beans and corn on the cob very good; Hushpuppies very good. Peach fried pie - perfect!
