This location is very easy access. There's no gate, so you can park on the facilities. And yes, the people are very friendly.
Also, it is very easy. 180 turn to back into the dock. Lots of space.

Sign says Armor. You wont scrape landing gear, it just looks like you will. Dry vans: your door is directly in front of you as you cross the tracks, by the orange cones. There's room to turn around in back. Try to leave yourself angled to the left when backed. People will barely miss you coming and going if you're blocking entrance. Folks are nice, but that back is pretty squirrelly.

Watch for trains on pull ups, live track.

First come first serve..
It's Deer Corn so expect a 45000 lb load.
Make sure you watch the first 4 pallets being loaded in order not to be overweight on the drive axle.
