In contacting them to review our vending machine for a market upgrade it was simple to communicated, review, and find a market place that was a win win situation. Since moving to the market we've keep our office happy and the Hi-Line teams has supported our requests for food, snacks, beverages alike. Even with supply chain issued from their vendors we have been well stock for the most part. I find the team responsive and respectful. We continue to try new items and remove old items. Our normal stocking servicemen and our regional rep check in with us and no us by name. Thank you!

I called multiple weeks ago about receiving a refund on the money that the vending machine never gave back to me (Flagstaff location). I gave the exact location, and all the other information requested on the call. They said that they would refund me and it has been multiple weeks with no follow up and I have still not gotten my money back. The past five times I have called nobody has answered, and I have left multiple messages. I expect a refund. My advice to anyone who sees a Hi-Line vending machine is NOT to use it. It will take your money and customer support will not get back to you.

UPDATE: I have STILL not received any contact from customer support...even after they responded to my online review.

Actually a zero star review! Absolutely the worst business I've ever had the displeasure to work with. Their soda machine hasn't been serviced for over three months, is totally empty, and the card reader doesn't work. They have been called numerous times and have promised to deal with it after every call. Three months of calls and promises has resulted in NO ACTION! Calling Monday to have the machine removed completely.

Broken Machine, no refund after weeks.

9 months later, after I have already given you my information and called repeatedly you want to issue a refund. Your customers should not have to call repeatedly, have their messages ignored, calls not returned just so they can get a refund when your machine is broken.

Next time I'll just put my money in a slot machine at the Casino and drink the free coffee. At least a slot machine has fair odds.
