Terrible service, always late (and I mean 30+ minutes at times), constantly mix up orders or just forget things altogether. Hilariously overpriced for what you get, if it wasn't for the fact that there are no good chains in the area this place would get no business. Unfortunately us cadets are basically stuck with it since we don't have cars, it's one of the only options if you don't want greasy Italian food.

The cold sandwiches are delicious. I get the Italian on a roll most times. As for the rest, the store looks like a ghost town. Ever since the new owners, this store is not regularly stocked with grocery items. Their selections of available items vary from one week to the next. Makes me wonder how they are able to stay in business.

I ordered sandwiches for 30 people for our son's commissioning at Trophy Point after West Point graduation. Everything was exactly as ordered and the sandwiches were AMAZING. Everyone commented about how fresh they were, and how delicious the bread was. I ordered a large salad, chips, cookies, and cold water bottles for everyone. HFM went out of their way to deliver with graduation traffic. They were prompt and helpful and I was so thankful we could just go to Trophy Point and relax after graduation rather than stand in line with a huge group and wait in line for food or water. Highly recommend. Thank you Highland Falls Market!

Really great food!! Werenโ€™t sure as it appears to be under renovation but so happy we went in. Delicious sandwich, my father loved his meal out of the hot case. Only thing that was able to make it better was the chef, he was so friendly. Definitely recommend!!

Terrible Customer Service. From the time I ordered food to the time I got it, it took 2 hours to get it to me. I did not order during a busy time or any situation that would warrant a two hour wait for food and delivery. During that two hour wait, I called multiple times to get an update on when the order would be done and delivered. At two different occasions the person told me that they would be there in 5 minutes, but when I called about 40 minutes later they said they have not left the shop yet. They lied to a customer. Safe to say I will not be ordering from them again.

Do not order from here. After placing a order, I called one hour later to see where my order was, I was told "be there in 20 minutes". 40 minutes went by so I called again and they said " your sandwiches are made, be there in 10 minutes. Well 25 minutes later and they finally showed up. It was over 2 hours from the original phone call. They also messed up both sandwiches there were ordered. Just save yourself the hassle and go to subway.

I've been ordering food from this place for the past two years, and I would love to continue to do so. If the cons could only stop outweighing the pros.

Pros: The selection is diverse as can be and the portions are great. The food that they do get right tastes delicious (get the mad man; it's fantastic). The hours are great considering nothing stays open very late in this town. The cooks have been friendly and are easy to talk to.

Cons: delivery times used to take about an hour to 1 hr 30 min. Then the college kids left and some new staff were hired. I waited 3 hours for a sandwich to come a little over a month ago. When I called to cancel my order, the person on the phone didn't apologize or offer to cut the price; she instead said "well when he gets there tell him you don't want it." Essentially putting the burden on me instead of taking responsibility and providing good customer service. Which leads me to my next con: the new staff. There's a language barrier for two of them, and that's fine, but don't then sit them in a communication role where they're struggling to understand orders. That's not fair to them or the customers. There's also the checked out lady I spoke to in the interaction example above. That's not proper service; the burnout she has for her position is palpable and that's not good for business. Last con is the food they don't get right for either one of two reasons. One, the scope of their menu is actually too vast and it ends up a detriment (their chicken parmesan is horrible), or the communication issues created by aforementioned factors.

Make no mistake, the place is wonderful and salvageable; there is just quite a bit of cons right now given their current set up.
