We ordered 12 place settings and all serving pieces of the black and white Mimbreño tableware for our 20th wedding anniversary. Every piece arrived quickly and expertly packed, with no breakages or missing items. The service was excellent. And the dishes are sturdy *and* beautiful! They are oven-safe and dishwasher-safe, not fussy but so enjoyable. Do not hesitate to buy from this USA-proud company!

HF Coors customer service is fantastic! I ordered twin peaks mugs and one came damaged. I contacted customer service and they sent a new mug to me free of charge and arrived quickly! They are so fantastic, would recommend them to anyone and would order from them again!

We've been wanting to visit this store for years, we finally made the hour and half trip, so worth it!!! The pictures don't do the pieces justice, absolutely beautiful!! There are options for everyone. The quality is worth every penny. It's piece of mind knowing that everything is made right here in the USA, what wonderful heirlooms to pass on. The Customer Service was as quality as the products! Thank you Amber and Vanessa for everything, we appreciated your passion for the Company, your knowledge on the products, and your patience with us. We'll be back for Christmas gifts!! We highly recommend, we LOVE our mixing bowls and plates!!

Great quality and beautiful dinnerware. I love the American modern line and am very happy with my purchase. I was very excited to try them out soon as my order came in.

Also, great customer service. Ordered a couple of sets of dinnerware. One plate broke in transit. I emailed them with a picture of the plate and they sent a replacement immediately. I plan on purchasing from them again in the future.

Great store, great products.

HF Coors offers a rare experience; quality handmade pottery crafted in the USA. They have a range of styles, and the pieces are high quality, whilst still remaining affordable.

A variety of colors are on offer, full sets are available and silverware sets are for sale in store as well. They offer plain white dishes, and everything up to intricate designs. There really is something for everyone here.

Takes between 10-20 minutes to browse the store. It's not very big, but it is full. Staff very friendly.

HF Coors offers tours as well, which will start again in late Fall of 2022.

Outside the store is a clearance section you should not miss.

Impressive company that makes high end products for a wide range of clientele including Air Force One and NY’s Tavern On The Green to local Tucson restaurants. The tour was great and everyone in our group enjoyed it. The reason for four stars is because it was hard to hear the guide. The bullhorn/speaker was usually ineffectively used.? Very nice gift shop & a lot of wonderful “seconds” outside to choose from! I definitely recommend taking this tour.
