Small facility depending on your assigned door you may have a slight blind side backing. Easiest thing to do is drive in, u-turn inside their lot and the face street side and back it-in to reduce your blindside. Other than that easy in and easy out. No receiver office. You check in with the guard and they bring out the paperwork to you.

Drop and hook load turned into a live load. Waited 2 hours for a door, and 3+ hours for them to load… still waiting for paperwork 🤷‍♂️

I've delivered loads here and they truly are really good at unloading you and getting you back on the road. Don't get scared when on Riverwalk... IT IS A TRUCK ROUTE though it looks like a residential zone.

... Everyone needs to be fired. Warehouse staff doesn't care about moving product..
