Ever since my apartment complex switched to this company, many residents, including myself, have opted to use the laundromat instead.

Unfortunately, every aspect of the service seems to fall short. The card terminal frequently malfunctions, and network issues often prevent transactions from going through. The machines themselves are in poor condition and not well-maintained, which is frustrating.

Even when we do manage to use the machines, the results are often unsatisfactory. Clothes come out smelling unpleasant and not fully wrung out, and the dryers sometimes require multiple cycles just to dry a normal-sized load.
In one incident my clothes were permanently ruined by some black ink like substance that stained the entire load, and we thoroughly check inside the machines before use. Nothing was inside.
We use HE detergent, clean the lint screen, we follow every instruction to a T yet the machines simply don't get the job done.
To top it off, we recently saw a price increase, which feels unjustified given the quality of service.

I hope this feedback encourages improvements, as I believe the service has the potential to be much better, but as it stands, I will skip our provided laundry rooms every time and just drive to the local laundromat instead.

I’ve called 3-4 times to have maintenance come fix the dryer. Every time I get a notification saying that it’s fixed but it never is. An average sized load takes 3 cycles on high heat just to get my clothes slightly damp (from there I just give up and have to hang everything throughout my apartment. I miss the old dryers from before our complex switched to this awful company. At this point I can only conclude that they are either scamming people with bad dryers or their maintenance team is completely incompetent.

Kind of tired of your machines setting off the fire alarm in my building. My repeated requests for servicing have been ignored. This laundry room is not properly ventilated. Get your machines fixed or remove them from the Foundry.

Awful service said they fixthe machines and yet you still keep losing money. and one breaks, another one gets fixed another one's broken. The other one still has the same problem. The customer service is not so nice at all.i think I got one nice man . The other lady hung up on me use I said they weren't fixing them . . if if they get complaints about the same buildings and the same dryers, they should replace them. Plus it high prices for a complex mat. . Now I see why it's has a 2.1 rating speaks for itself

I am a tenant in a NYC building that contracts with Hercules. Fortunately, one day a few years ago, I called and asked to speak with a Customer Service Manager and was connected to Elise Culver.

Elise is a kind, smart, thoughtful, patient, and incredibly skilled professional. She is never in a rush and takes the time to listen to what’s going on and needs to be fixed. Elise has a demanding job yet makes the time to always take your call, respond to the email even after hours or during a weekend/holiday ensuring a Tech is there quickly and fixes the issue during one visit versus several trips back.

I appreciate Elise’s kindness and wonderful customer service as a tenant of the building. She is always a pleasure.

BEWARE CUSTOMERS AND BUILDING MANAGEMENT!!!!

Hercules is the worst.
they take days (months actually) to repair broken equipment.
They tell you they will send a refund when their machines STEAL from you, and then stop answering emails and phone calls.
here is todays disaster:

I tried to put money on my card 3x this morning.

They all failed at the machine, didn’t put money on my card but the charges showed up on my credit card!!!!!!

I actually don’t expect you to do anything, as you still haven’t refunded me from the dryers that didn’t work in the fall, but took my money anyway, in spite of my repeated requests (5 requests over 6 months so far).

Indeed, the top dryers aren’t getting hot today, I could put in a service ticket, but instead I’ll just put a sign on the machines to warn other residents of the building that your machines, again, are ripping us all off.

Please find attached the failed transactions at your credit card machine, which worked well enough to charge me, but not well enough to add money to the card.

Horrible!! Really wish my building would replace you.
Machines are very bad quality, break & stop working all the time and don't clean or dry well.
Kiosk to charge card is the WORST, be ready to waste 10 minutes everytime you want to charge your laundry card because it will lose connection as soon as you click.
App is even worse, very counter intuitive and extremely buggy.
The last apartment building I lived in had a coin operated machine that was maintained by the owner of the building and it STILL worked better than yours.
