I had breakfast at Herb N’ Kitchen at the New York Hilton Midtown on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised. The buffet is $44.99, which is pricey, but this is Manhattan. I found the restaurant to be worth the money—especially given the quality, selection, and atmosphere. If you are on a budget and you are a Hilton gold or diamond guest, you can go to the Executive Lounge and get a free continental breakfast. However, if you have money to spare or a free certificate, consider this place.

The buffet offers a variety of options, including an omelet station, waffles, pancakes, sausages, bacon, potatoes, yogurts, bagels, muffins, cereal, cheeses, fresh fruits, cold cuts, pastries, toast, assorted flavored milk, and oatmeal. Coffee, tea, and juice are included, which adds to the value.

You can also get your own fruit juices via the dispensers. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and plentiful.

What made my experience even better was the fantastic service. My server was attentive and friendly, ensuring my coffee cup was always full. Since I had a birthday voucher, my meal was covered, but even without it, I would still recommend this spot for a relaxing, high-quality breakfast in Midtown.

The restaurant was quiet and spacious, and I practically had the place to myself, which made for a peaceful and enjoyable start to the day. If you’re staying at the Hilton or in the area and looking for a delicious, leisurely breakfast, this is a great option! This restaurant closes at 11 AM, so try to get there by 9 AM. You can also go to the 24 hour convenience store of the same name.

Snacks. Gluten-free options. Expensive.

I stopped here to get coffee for my wife who was getting ready in the room. Service is slow but steady. There are a few tables nearby, if you want to eat there.

Two espresso drinks, 2 small waters and a chocolate croissant were $33.

On the upside, they carry Schar and several other gluten-free providers. It's nice that I can get some gluten-free shortbread cookies in the lobby.

Many people were walking outside to get their coffee and pastry craving satisfied.

Located inside the Hilton hotel, it's a convenient place to get coffee, tea, and light food.

Having traveled the world and staying in countless hotels, we’ve seen some bad hotel markets. This is not one of them. Yeah, it’s busy and could have more, but it’s a good one. It sells hot foods like pizza and burgers. It has lots of drinks, including a good strawberry daiquiri bottle. There’s specialty chocolate, hummus, yogurt, and more!

The Hilton Stack Mac burger was delicious and the Caesar salad had no complaints. Room service quickly brought the food to the room. The service in the store was really rude and slow. The prices are really expensive compared to the level of service. We didn't come here again for shopping during the entire week.

none of the tables were clean and its INSANELY expensive for insanely shitty food. the pizza was falling apart and folded in the box and the chicken sandwich was premade, with sweet pickles and barely any ranch like it was said? the bread and chicken was soggy. don't eat here! go outside!

food was good but low quality. they charged $6 for swiss miss and water. they also charged extra for no reason and refused to get rid of the charge. service was horrible and they were rude overall. they wouldn’t heat up my croissant (which they gave cold). they made us assemble and toast the smoked salmon bagel by ourselves (it was prepackaged in plastic).
