Doctor Benelevi and his coach’s teach how to create healthier food choices with a support group and zoom meetings. This program has changed my life and has cut off my sugar addiction! Signing up for Helix and Gene was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! First, I would like to start by saying “Thank you” to Helix and Gene team for helping me meet my health goals. Today is my Day 59 and I feel amazing, eating delicious meals and a good number of calories, without being worried about the scale going up. Since the beginning of the program, I have lost about 28 lbs and feel amazing. I used to workout 7 days a week, 1-2 hours per day, biking to work, eating healthy and yet my weight was the same every morning to the point that I became very frustrated.
