Delicious local honey! First tried it out years ago to help with my daughter’s allergies and asthma and keep buying it. We love it so much that I had to pick up a bucket versus being the small jars very often.

We came by the main office after a friend recommended the honey while we were visiting from California. Even though the office is not a retail space the owner was happy to greet us and have a chat about the honey! I got a jar to take home as a souvenir and the taste is very unique! The flavour profiles can definitely change during the seasons but the one I have has some light apple/ fruity notes which is something I've never had in a clover honey! If you need a honey and you can get your hands on it I would definitely recommend this one!
We also tried a sample of maple syrup which had some awesome caramel notes!
I'm happy I can order this honey online in the future once I run out.

I tried the Honeycomb with melted brie cheese and raspberries on crackers. SO GOOD! 10/10 would recommend

I am from Orange County. I've been taking raw pure unpasteurized honey for my allergies and it's definitely helped! Amazing honey especially the hot honey is really good. I highly recommend it. Great customer service as well. The company mission is very moving and I am happy to support it.
