Drivers This place is a joke morning are much busy I'm here at least 3 or 4 times a week.. you NEED TO BE IN BEFORE 13:30 Jackie leave for the day otherwise will be a disaster SLOW!! SLOW!! SLOW!!

Make sure you come in where it says truck entrance, park to the right, the office is in the middle. Trailer must be clean and no load locks. I have both delivered here and got loaded here, never took more than two hours, to get loaded or unloaded. Can be tight depending if other staged trucks are parked in front of the docks. In my experience if you come no more than hour before your appointment docking is more easy only becomes a mess when ppl arrive way before their time or trying to take their 10 there. I noticed that early morning appointments go more smoothly because there's way less traffic. They will call when bills are ready pull out of dock and park in the middle. Go in and sign paperwork then someone will come out and put seal on

Place is tight to back in but the shipping clerk,Jackie , is simply amazing. Her attention to detail and her sense of urgency is second to none. She not only mans the office but also makes sure drivers are able back in. No parking on curb between doors 12-16 but you are welcome to overnight park at either ends of the building.

I'm very disappointed with this place. They have a sign outside their door which says they have open interviews, but when I walked in the receptionist rudely informed me that they are not having open interviews. When I pointed out that their sign just outside the door clearly invites one to walk in and apply for a job, she said that had been cancelled. As usual, I was polite, yet she seemed resentful that I was asking about this. I recommend that upper management retrains their employees who deal with the public on proper customer service.

Even after informing the supervisor that the truck is broken down and even in this position i drove to delivery location, they still doesn't want the load delivery even if there is just one truck to unloading and plenty docks available; one must be clever to avoid the repercussions in the load is not delivering on time and they quick you out

Very nice place parking is limited but I was the 1st one there got a good spot to park appointment time was for 1130 they got me to a door at 0830 was gone by 1000 very nice lady at the window

Limited parking on site, maybe 4 spots, but lots of parking on nearby streets in this industrial park. Decent unload time of 2.5 hrs.

If you have somewhere to be do not come to this place. They are unloading all the trailers and then they start on the waiters. I've been here 4 hours and still not loaded. Supervisor needs to loose his job.
