We stopped by on a long road trip and had some of the best sandwiches we've ever had. They were rather simple, and that's where the quality shows: when you know just how to combine a few ingredients to create sandwich-perfection.
We were also treated to some very flavorful blueberry-muffins.

The store had some great vegan foods that can be hard to find elsewhere. The staff was really nice and friendly as well.

Overall I can't recommend a stop here highly enough! It's just a bummer that we don't have the chance to stop by more often.

This is a great little store run by great, community-minded people. I am not a vegan, but I enjoy everything I've had here at the lunch counter. And I tell every vegan I know to go here for lunch. Plus lots of good local produce. It's a great store and a real value in our community.

Absolutely amazing! My mom and I were in Davenport for a day trip while camping and this place really hit the spot. Menu is endless. It was hard to choose. The Philly Cheesesteak was enormous and the Pulled Pork Nachos were a novel flavor profile. We already booked another camping trip so we can take a field trip to try the other yummy things!

Great little family run health food/vegan store and Cafe. Good section for eat in or carry out food with a great staff. Also a nice selection of food and ingredients to take home for your healthy eating at home. 3 visits in the last 2 weeks and was impressed every time.

I travel all over the country for work and am not vegetarian or vegan, but can tell you that this place's food is SO GOOD! Their green smoothie is delicious I can't put my finger on what makes it so tasty, but I liked it so much that I went back two days in a row (which is unheard of for me). All of the food I tried was also hot, fresh, and delicious. The guys working there were super kind and patient to explain what was in everything too. It's also a grocery store with produce, packaged items, and other staples if you need to stock up.

I'd probably eat their all the time if I lived nearby 🙂

Excellent food with great portions and many options, smoothies rocked too! Our new favorite when in town, we went 3x this weekend and was impressed every time. Plus the grocery store portion was affordable for healthy food. Keep up the great work
