4 stars due to bad instructions, faded signage, and tight backing.
People were nice and respectful.

Go to WEST side to check in. You can park on the street but there's maybe room for 3 or 4 trucks before it fills up.
Do not come more than an hour before appointment as you'll be sitting.

Wait one wasn't bad, just a bit tight.

6am appointment checkout 11:50 am. Very bad service. I got door right way when I was checked in but you can’t open door until they told. After 3 hours they comes back and then open doors. They wasted my whole day. Never wanna come back

It's hard to beat this place I was the first Rig here the day before find a door camp out Flying j is in walking distance with a Dennys. I checked in at 0500 opened my doors at 0510 and the clerk had me unloaded and out by 0700 (3,100 cases) 22 pallets my problem getting out the door was my Tractor decided it wanted to regen at the door (30 mins) Damnit this place has proven itself with the Staff that's there . The lumper fee was on point . Thanks a lot hope to see this crew in the near future.

This place is a joke. I come here every now and then but not by choice. Appointments mean nothing here only if your late they do. Open at 7 and no point trying to race another trucker to check in. They take who they want and off load the people they want first. You can park in a dock if open and open doors. They always take an hr and something break around 9. So if you’re at a dock or give them your payment they will make you wait till they come back for a receipt. Nothing seems to change here year after year. Poor management!

Over night parking on street, once most of their company trucks left out then you can back up to a door. Can check in around 05:55 and let them know what door your in. Fast to unload was out of there in 30 min lumper fee wasn't to bad.

3/28/23 just my experience, first time here. The people were nice. The place opens at 6am on Monday and 7am Tuesday thru Friday. My appointment was 7am. I arrived at 6:20am and parked in dock 4 to stay out of the way. I was the second truck there. By the time receiving opened to check in at 6:55am, there were 4 trucks docked and waiting. The person who checked in before me had a 10am appointment. When you check in, you tell them which dock you are parked in.

They started unloading me by 7:10am and they called me with the lumper fee at 7:28am. Bills were in hand by 8am. The guy with the 10am appointment was out five minutes before me.

It's definitely easier to approach from Airport Circle so you have a sight side backing. Check-in between doors 3 & 4. The 4 stars is because my lumper fee was $405 for 16,000 pounds, half the trailer. Thankfully, my employer pays that.
